Toys, First Sewing Kit for Kids, Learn to Sew DIY Craft Kit, Ages 5+

My daughter loved this and jumped right in to create her first piece. She did three projects her first week and would do one a day if we had the time. Great gift and learning experience for beginners. The projects are all individually packaged, keeping everything organized and easy to follow. Great for hand eye coordination and building confidence.

I bought this awhile ago as a gift for my granddaughter. She saw me sewing and wanted to learn how to sew also. The kit comes with a variety of projects to make. The instructions are clear and there are also pictures to outline the steps. The product is high quality and lasts. The kit comes with ample plastic needles and 'thread' for each product. The designs are easy for children to make, with some adult guidance. I received full value for my money as my granddaughter enjoyed making the items. I would buy it again.

Item was as described and I would try more items from this company. It looks like a lot of fun and appears to be at a good skill level for k-1 grade to start with basic hand sewing skills. However, Amazon or whoever shipped it dropped the ball. It was delivered with a shipping label on the original store shelf packaging. So, there goes the Birthday surprise for the child. Let alone assurance of privacy for future orders. It would have been nice if it had been thrown in a bags of box. Amazon bis getting more and more lazy about this type of thing.

This was a gift for the grandchildren. The girls like to sew etc. They liked it a lot.

I bought this for my 7 year old daughter and she LOVED it! We had so much fun making the different projects. The kit comes with everything you need to make them, and the quality is excellent.

Good kit for childrens crafts. Easy and fun.

The idea is great but it doesn't have any directions for you or your child to understand how it's to be sewn together. I ended up making the purse for my granddaughter and she lost interest.

As soon as my granddaughter opened it, we saw that each kit comes in separate bag with all it's pieces. She made the pencil holder and was able to do most of it on her own at 5. Little girls will love it!

Habe dieses Set für die Tochter meiner näh-begeisterten Freundin bestellt. Beide waren sehr begeistert. Die 5 jährige hat die kleinen Projekte nach kurzer Anleitung durch Mama sehr gut alleine hinbekommen und auch die ältere Schwester durfte eine Tasche nähen/basteln. Für kleine Mädchen, die gern basteln und Spass daran haben, selbst etwas hübsches zu produzieren eine sehr gute Wahl: einfach, verständlich und kindgerecht.

Brillant Idea. Excellent for teaching children how to simultaneously sew, and be creative. It may be particularly in this case specifically feminine. I presume there are masculine versions of this, if there are not, then it would be an excellent idea. Great gift to send if you are a Friend, Grand Parent or other. What it could do with, is a more detailed destruction set. Perhaps a more colourful and detailed booklet with more examples of stitching knots. However given its reasonable price it is good enough to get a child interested and I do not think it is limited to being a children's product, a few more adults out there could benefit from this as well.
