The colors are great, especially the muted yellow shade, as opposed to the generic "neon yellow" which gets really tiring to look at. I had no idea how nice this shade of yellow would look until I put it down on my Midori MD notebook (A6).Note re: Midori notebooks and grid-style journals: the height of these tips are just the right length to fill a grid row in these type of notebooks as well.

Colors are really pretty, good quality, they last until the last very drop of color.

If you are like me, you probably have read 100 reviews to find the best highlighters because you hate highlighters and are hoping to find the right ones to make your life easier. Before these highlighters I abhorred highlighting because most popular, well-marketed highlighter brands in the US bleed through pages, only highlight half of your text (making your eyes have to focus a lot more than you want) or over highlight one and a half rows of text, run out or dry out quickly, have spotty markings (cheaply made, but cost a lot), and many other disadvantages. I always just fell back on using pens as they were easier, faster, and just better- until I started using Stabilo. I would never leave such a good review for something so extremely dear to me (my research tools) if it was not worth my resources as I am extremely picky when it comes to office supplies, but here are the pros and cons of these highlighters:PROS:Rarely bleeds through pages (if you are highlighting on super cheap- thin paper, then yeah every highlighter, unless it has very little ink is going to bleed through);Highlights one row (evenly and almost perfectly) for standard text book font;Takes a long time to run out. My fiance actually had these highlighters for over 2-3 years now (survived several moves between different countries and continents), and they are still working. I only bought an extra set because I wanted some to take with me to class;The size and shape are remarkably comfortably to write with (I'm a predominant lefty, but being ambidextrous I do not think the comfort level changes with the hand you use);So many colors to use when color coding text. I use this for law school, and it works amazing! andHas a plastic box you can keep them in so they do not scatter.CONS:The size and shape of the highlighters make it not very functional for a pencil pouch or pen bag, well, not for storage in a cup either as they take a lot of room; This is easily manageable by keeping them in the plastic box they come in (refer back to PROS).WARNINGS:Do not double highlight using the darker colors (blue, purple, or dark green) because it will make your text harder to see.WISHES:I wish they had one more blue, maybe a lighter blue color?I hope this review helped you, but let me know if you have any questions. These are, by far, the best highlighters I’ve ever tried in my entire life!!! The colors are gorgeous and all of them are perfectly transparent. Whenever I buy a pack of highlighters I’ve always experienced at least one of the following issues: the colors are great but you can’t see the text underneath good enough to be useful; the colors aren’t as vibrant as they appeared online; they dry out in a week even if the cap is replaced immediately after use. This Stabilo Boss highlighter 8 pack suffers from none of these problems. The only gripe I have is with the size/shape. They are too wide to fix naturally in my hand which makes using them kind of uncomfortable. The price was a bit on the higher side as well. Overall amazing highlighters though!!

The media could not be loaded. It doesn’t transfer to the next page which is a huge plus for me! Also bright colors and high quality.

The colors are to die for I mean the aesthetic of them and the colors themselves are awesome but the bleed is what I was super worried about. It doesn’t totally bleed like a vamp but it definitely does bleed a bit.

These markers make quite bright yellow highlights that are easy to see. Recommend.

Good quality and work great. Think the price will save money in the long run...As long as you can hang on to them as they seem to migrate to other desks in the office!
