The Now solutions vitamin E-oil 32,000 IU was the best I could find, others had as many as 5 different oils or other ingredients that I din't need or want. The ingredient list is as follows- Ingredients 100% natural vitamin E oil (as d-alpha tocopherol from vegetable oi) and extra virgin oil. :D
