Q: When charging is a red light supposed to show like the leaflet says? Mines on charge now but light does not appear

The red light should be on when charging, when it's fully charged it is should turn green.

Q: Hi, is this product finished in black? Only the description states red?

My head Torch is black as shown on site. It does have a red light function.

Q: Do you know when the battery is running low?

Unfortunately you have no indication of this, aoart from the LED light starts to dim. When the battery gives up, 'like all' battery LED torches etc, they just stop working. I use mine every day working as an electrician, and depending how much I use it and the period its on, I mirmally charge it two to three times a week. But very happy with it as an LED head torch.
