I was suffering from Cubital Tunnel Syndrome for about a week. Did the usual Google and the sight said I should try an elbow splint at night. I was sceptical because I just thought the damage was being done in the day so what’s the point. However after having my arm in the splint over night for a week, it worked. It’s not come back either. It’s more comfortable than anticipated and you get used to after the first night.

Pretty good splint. Fits nicely and kept my arm straight whilst sleeping. Can move a little bit so you are not totally fixed in place. Did the job

Ordered this to sleep in after getting Cubical Tunnel Syndrome. Seemed to work fine until I woke up with sores and a rash on my arm and hands from a bad reaction to the splint on just the second day. Hopefully other buyers won't have the same issue but wanted to make everyone aware of my situation

Possible perfect for some problems but does not solve our Parkinson's contracture problem. It is difficult to position the patient suitably for both pressure sore alleviation and to keep the arm fairly extended straight such that the brace can function. Our problem is not twinges of pain due to involuntary movement breaking up sleep, for which the brace may be excellent, with the arm straight out sideways, elbow not bent.

I received this brace today and was surprised on how well made it is and how comfortable it is to wear. I purchased this brace to use playing golf. My left arm quite often breaks down in my golf backswing. I believe this should help me attain better impact on the ball and possibly straighter shots. I have not played a round with it, but have swung a club in the yard with it and it feels very comfortable swinging a club. I play 3 rounds of golf per week, so I will update my review after I have used it for a few rounds and let every one know how durable it is. Other golf straight arm training aids cost twice the price of this brace. Update: I have now played several rounds of golf with this brace and it really works well keeping my left arm straight at the end of my back swing and the start of my down swing, resulting in much better ball striking. I made a slight modification to the 2 metal splints that are in the brace. I placed both metal pieces so they would set across the inside of my elbow, or I should say the crease in my left arm. Very comfortable to wear during a round of 18 holes and wearing it caused no discomfort what so ever. This brace is about half the price of one of the golf training aids sold to solve the same issue. I will purchase another.

Item works as promised. Really like the good quality of the velcro and material is comfortable as well. I hope it can help me with my ulnar nerve pain.

These braces have saved me! I clean houses and sanitize a medical supply facility so a lot of repetitive work. I was diagnosed with cubital tunnel syndrome. I couldn’t feel my fingers and the pain was unbearable. I got two of these and i slept with them on and wore them at work and they really helped alleviate my symptoms. The only thing i do not like about these is the half sleeve that is on the inside? It gets too wrinkled and when the braces are snug it sort of has a pressure point issue. But ultimately the benefits out weigh that minor complaint thank you for making an awesome brace. I also love that the metal plates are removable. I use those at bedtime and take them out during the day so i can have a little movement
