Cordless Screwdriver

The screwdriver looks and works great, it's made well and I like the storage. THREE THINGS THOUGH! First, since you can't respond to the customer reviews or videos, let me counter right here. There is one video as of this writing showing the user trying to drill with the unit and the bit spins. He gives it one star. HE HAS THE COLLET ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE CHUCK! You need to put that brass collet INSIDE the chuck and then tighten it down. If you install it like he did, it will never tighten and the bit won't drill anything. Second, they include two of those brass collets and two chucks. One collet/chuck combo works with the drill bits and the other chuck you CAN put on (but it isn't necessary) when using the screwdrivers.....but I have no idea what the other brass collet is for. It doesn't fit anything. It was inside the chuck that was on the drill in the package. It fits nothing and you have to remove it to use the screwdriver bits...so what do I do with it? There is no storage place for it. The third and most important issue .....THERE IS NO SPEED CONTROL! The motor spins WAY TOO FAST This is going to eventually strip out what you're trying to unscrew or ruin the bits. We'll see,

Works as described.

This driver package is very handy to have around the house. It has many different screw driver bits in addition to metric sockets. I have full sized cordless and corded drivers in my garage, but this is very handy for light duty use in the house. Only used it once so far, but seemed to have reasonable power driving screws. Only slight complaint in that it takes several hours to charge.

I actually bought this for my brother who is a homeowner and a realtor in South Carolina. He is always doing small repairs or installing something into a house for a showing and he called to tell me that this screwdriver set was awesome and brilliant! He was surprised at it's strength and durability. He sounded amazed that he was able to use it to install a curtain rod and it's components!

So far the mini screw/drill driver seems good, solidly built. We'll see how long it lasts. As another reviewer said, it has only 1 speed. The settings aren't for speed, they are for torque, or where it "stalls out", which can be good for some delicate things. I think the speed is about right compromise for drilling (say, into plastic or thin wood) and screw driving. It also allows you to manually use it like a screwdriver (just rotate the body by hand), to get some extra tightening or loosening power.One issue: There is only room for 39 bits (not talking drills here, just the number of driver bits) yet the listing shows 48 individual sizes and types of bits?! How does that work? Well, it doesn't. I was going to use this on a 1/10th scale RC car bead lock rim, which takes a H2 hex bit. Of course, that was a bit that's missing. Not sure which other bits are missing, but the math just doesn't work out to include all they list, plus the drills.If you are looking at the listing of bits, because you need a very specific one to use this with, you may be disappointed. I'm off to look for some replacement bits that fits this driver.

I work as a laptop repair technician and I wanted to get an electric screwdriver to make my job easier and put a little less stress on my hand(palm cramps at times). I looked all around Amazon looking at different screwdrivers and reviews and I came across this one. This has all the drill bits I need to get the job done and the multi torque setting comes in handy. I’ve kept it on level 5 and it’s done well so far.The battery life lasts a whole 8 hour shift and could last longer if I needed it, the battery life doesn’t go down at all. The case is nice and feels sturdy and it’s nice having all the bits and the screwdriver in one place. My only thing is I wish there was a USB-C connection on the actual screwdriver but that’s minor. It charges well and also holds the charge well too. All in all I’d recommend this screwdriver to anyone who works with laptops/electronics. I haven’t tried bigger product types but this fits my needs.
