Great size
Cute tea kettle, perfect for our needs. We didn't want something huge, just something that is good enough to make tea for one or two people. This is the perfect size, fits in the cabinet well, and warms up quickly. I also just love the style of the lid handle, it kind of triangular. I also think the color is gorgeous. Definitely worth the buy.

PERFECT! A++
With so many tea kettles to select I was unsure what to select. After two weeks of regular use, I can honestly say I AM IMPRESSED! NO ISSUES. The kettle does "whistle." The handle and spout are both nicely secure. NO negative issues whatsoever. A++

Bigger than expected
Nice pot, doesn't whistle but I dont mind that. Heavy and bigger than I thought,which is fine.

Great quality!
This kettle is sturdy and of incredible quality inside and out. The enamel is on the inside and outside of the kettle. Love it!

Perfect little tea kettle
I love this little tea kettle. I’ve only had it for a few days, but so far so good. It’s the perfect size. It’s 1.5 quarts and not too heavy with water in it which makes it easier to handle. Boils water super fast. I Love the pastel light teal color. I like the fact that’s it’s enamel over steel, I don’t think that will rust as easily. But do make sure you wipe it dry after every use like the instructions say to be sure it doesn’t rust. I like the fact that the handle bends back so it’s easier to take the top off. It does not whistle which is fine with me, I don’t need it to, but it does let out steam so you know the water is boiling.

Sometimes you hit it right!
My ancient tea kettle finally got to the point of being unusable, and I tossed it out. I don't use a kettle very often, but I did miss having one. So I started browsing, and I was taking my time looking in every corner of the Internet, and frankly it was getting ridiculous. My relentless search had so stop somewhere, and for some reason, this one appealed to me, even though I don't have a particular love of aqua. I ordered it. And, well, it is actually just perfect. It's making me want to boil water on the stovetop all the time now, instead of heating it up one cup at a time in the Microwave like I have been doing for several years. It's cute as a button, solid, easy to clean, and it has a nice whistle. I rated it Medium in "Value for the Money," only because it was more expensive than I would have liked -- but then almost everything is too expensive right now -- so don't let the price tag be a deal breaker. My advice? Try it! I think you'll like it.

Flaw of spout design
Like: size, color, shape, substantial weight material, heats water fast.Really bad: when you open the spout cover, scalding water splashes your finger; to move the cover to close position you have no cool area to hold -I use a towel to cover this spout, for both functions. Can I at least get a credit for the inconvenience?

There’s glue and plastic in the spout!
I looked in the spout and there was a glob of what looked like hot glue. I pulled that out and it was a whole ring of glue in the spout. This made me curious where it came from so pried off the chrome tip on the spout and there’s a dirty plastic washer or baffle! In an object designed to placed on fire and becomes boiling hot???????? STUPID DESIGN!So I figured I’d just remove it and after boiling some water there’s a bad smell.
