UPDATE:I got in contact with the seller and they were very responsive. They asked me to cut the wires to my mattress pad snd send a picture After I sent my picture I got a replacement in about a week. The new one doesn’t get quite as hot as the old one, but that’s probably because it’s working properly and not overheating like my last one.ORIGINAL REVIEW:When this heated mattress pad worked it was awesome. So it’s perfect if you plan on needing a heated mattress pad for just over a year. I have Raynaud's syndrome and NEED to use a heated mattress pad every night to thaw out my feet. So the heat felt wonderful, comforting, and helped lessen the pain in my feet. But sometimes this pad didn’t feel like it was working. It was very sporadic and I thought it was just because my feet and hands were numb and frozen, but my husband who never uses his side agreed. Then the other night I climbed into bed and it was wonderful snuggly warm and awhile later it wasn’t as warm and I noticed the controller light was off and figured I must’ve bumped it so I turned it back on. AND it turned off after a couple of minutes. So I tried again and then unplugged everything and tried again. It was late so I gave up and grabbed a heated throw for the night. The next morning I checked blind and found people had similar problems and the manufacturer said to reset it by unplugging it from the pad and the wall and then plugging everything back again. I tried a few times with no luck and even tried to remove it from the surge protector and plug it directly into the wall and nothing. Not super thrilled about having to buy another heated mattress pad again. Please somebody learn how to make a mattress pad that works well for many years like they used to and doesn’t create more Landfield junk. I’d happily buy it!!!

I have had this almost a year. I love that it has a timer that shuts off as quickly as an hour. I need heat to warm up my feet so I can get to sleep, but don’t want it on all night so this is perfect. The preheat feature is great to get it a little extra warm then automatically return to your normal setting. Last but definitely not least, the customer service is excellent. Recently my side quit working. The company responded very quickly, walked me through troubleshooting, & when we determined there was a problem with the pad and not the controller, they quickly sent a replacement without any hassle! I also appreciate that there is likely a safety feature that made the pad shutoff for safety rather than burning us up! They also instructed me to cut the cords on the old controllers to prevent anyone trying to use the malfunctioning pad! Very much appreciate their service & concern for safety.

HelloWe bought this January 2025 and it no longer works. Very disappointed in this brand. Has any one else bought this electric mattress pad and it stop working??

This has worked very well through one winter so far. The dual controls are great, making the person who likes a cold room comfortable too. Much better than a heating blanket.

This is a great mattress pad. I also have the California King. It doesn't always heat evenly but overall, it keeps the bed from not cold to super toasty. I like that it has 20 levels, is deep so it fits tall mattresses and is easy to install.
