I urge you to reach out and ask questions, if you have concerns. I contacted their website, directly. They responded within 2-3 work days. Be patient and wait. They go above and beyond! I’m taking this supplement for added immunity and I can tell the difference in my body, in a few short days. So far, I see subtle improvements in my digestion, bowel movements (no diarrhea, at all) and sleep. This is what I was hoping for. Can’t wait to see the effects in a 3-4 weeks. I plan on keeping this particular supplement in my daily routine for several months. Then, I will move to maintenance mode. I will continue to change my supplements over to the Thorne brand, gradually. No, they are not cheap, but my health is worth it. And, I’m reaping the benefits.
