They are delicious... haven't opened this brand yet, but the other ones I have had are great. Looking forward to them soon.

I'm addicted to these delicious, chewy soba noodles. Only cook as directed or a little under the 5 minutes for that great authentic chew.

Good product! Love using this is a miso ginger broth with tofu. Have not tried to cook it another way. Quick meal. Quality product.

I like that they're bundles in packs typically good enough for 2 people. Good on subscribe & save!

It's so delicious and easy to cook. 'Cha' means green tea here. It has a hint of green tea flavor, which is nice. In summer we eat cold, dipping in dash soup, in winter we eat hot (see picture). I don't remember how many times we keep ordering! I wish it was cheaper though.

The local Hannaford only carries regular buckwheat soba but my fave is the green tea, and we eat a lot of them, so the bulk size works well.

So good I really like it. 5minutes good or 4minutes if u want aldente.

This green tea soba is a simple dish to make and best eaten cold, so put it into the fridge after taking it out from hot water. With cut spring onion garnish and some wasabi, put in the soba sauce which you can dilute to your liking. Squeeze a bit of lemon over it. Oishi des!

I bought these specifically to make a recipe from a Japanese show called The Full-Time Wife Escapist (Netflix) - 逃げるは恥だが役に立つ. The noodles have a lovely taste and texture. I will buy again.
