Very good. I use to cough a lot but since taking this.my cough has subsided.

Small and easy to swallow, even for persons who don't like taking pills, it will glide right down that throat chute, lol. No fishy burp. No discomfort to my stomach. I am still taking haven't finished bottle yet, but there is no adverse effect as far as I can tell.

It was more than I expected, came in a timely matter. Does not leave a fishy smell, I recommend this product. It has lots of heath benefits.

Fast delivery as promised..Good packaging.couple of demerits-first the recommended dosage is 1-2 pills 3 times a day which can be rather cumbersome..There are many pills with convenient single pill per day dosing..Secondly one should keep in mind that just some time back seven seas had withdrawn all their products bcos of mercury poisoning..Nothing to be afraid of..Just don't use it for all year round...Give few months break between cycles..And pregnant women better avoid it as toxins tend to accumulate in the fetus..If u are concerned ..Other products sourced from other fish liver oil(rather than cod liver oil)are worth checking out
