Microspheres, microbaloons, glass bubbles, whatever you call them, they are a great way to create your own fairing material with the epoxy or resin you already have on the shelf. I read questions about what to use to for non-structural repairs, and fairing over rough surfaces on FB groups every week. There are always dozens of pre-made filler suggestions. Yet another product to sit on your shelf and expire when you inevitably don't use all of it. . These microspheres never expire. They will be ready to go in 10 days, or 10 years. If you are doing composite work, you already have half of what you need to make your own 100% compatible with your work filler. These microspheres are the other half. Because you use, your epoxy or resin, there is no problems with incompatible materials. . You will need a respirator, and don't mix them anywhere there can't be a mess, because microspheres are so fine, just scooping them out and mixing will send a small cloud of them airborne. . Fasco has not disappointed, there are no clumps, the product is bone dry, and the reusable container is simple and will survive being tossed around the shop. Once cured, they sand easy, reducing labor hours, and helping you spend less time with prep, and more time enjoying your work. . The price is spot on, and even if it was $5 more than the competition, I would buy these.

I use this to make resin lures more bouyant. These are great and make sanding much easier.
