HOTSUIT Sauna Suit for Men Sweat Sauna Jacket Pant Gym Workout Sweat Suits

This was the only suit that I felt confident in ordering the right size based off of the size chart. I'm 5'8" tall and 140 pounds. The size medium fits perfectly. The pants and jacket lining are both reflective so it pushes the heat back into your body. I will be using it to increase my red blood cell count in the Sauna room. The sauna at my gym maxes out at 160° and I need it to be at least 185°. This suit will help get it there. Great quality and plenty of flexible room to workout in as well, while looking like it fits properly.

Just got my hot suit in today.. I am 6’2 210lbs and bought an XL. Read some reviews on how the sizing was off from the chart listed and went with my gut. I’m glad I did because the XL for me is perfect. I am a slim 6’2 build and it fits great for me.. the pants are a tad bit snug, and I could’ve probably went with an XXL, but I just worked out in it and and it worked out great. I was very surprised on the quality of the material and how efficient it was when getting a good sweat in. The hood on the top is PHENOMENAL! I’ve tried many suits out but this brand by far has the best and most comfortable hood. It has its own sweat sealer to keep out the perspiration and is very functional with 2 adjusters on each side of the hood. I was very impressed during my workout and look forward to working out in it again tomorrow. Highly recommend to anyone that works out on a regular. I recommend buying size up if you are cross fitting or high intensity workouts such as box jumps and things that require bending to the grown, as the material does not have any stretch.

I have used sauna suits for a few years and usually I would get a Golds Gym one, they are cheap and if they rip no biggie and like clock work they always would rip. I ordered this suit and have worn it about 6 times and so far no rips and have helped me to sweat. The material quality feels much more sturdy than the cheaper ones, the reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is the sizing chart is odd. I normally wear XXL shirts, I ordered the suit in XXL and felt like it was like a medium, was extremely small and restricting so i returned it. I then ordered 4XL, the top is perfect, not baggy and not tight. The pants are the problem they are HUGE, they fit but are extremely baggy. Im not sure if this is ideal way to wear a sauna suit but I'm happy with the top and its hood. I am 6ft 220lb, normal chest size is 54" so this chart is way off. I have cleaned the suit once without issue, put it in my washing machine on the lowest setting, 20 min cycle and then put it in dryer for a quick dry 30 mins. It survived and smells like new again! I would recommend but just know the sizing is probably not American sizing,

Very effective

If you're doing any heat acclimation training, this thing makes it FAR easier to manage day to day. I was layering so many clothes on that it was making the whole process a total pain. Having one of these suits makes it much easier, and the trick is you don't have to layer underneath it. All that does is trap in moisture and you get uncomfortable, you're still the same temperature, so a thin base layer is all you need to keep the material off of your skin (unless you don't mind), and you're good. Sizing is goofy, I'm a medium in everything, I'm 5' 11", and I got a large. The arms are still too short, but it's fine for what I need.

Does exactly what I hoped it would. MAKE ME SWEAT. Now don’t go buying one to “get skinny” this is to shed off water weight. Pockets have Zippers which I love because I run at parks and have always worried about losing my keys. It did great in the washer, very durable quality! The material is not thick at all, weird thing is you don’t really know how much you sweat until you take it off. I’m talking DRENCHED. It’s very comfortable and does not go into creases, might stick to your forearms or shins but that’s normal. All and all it’s worth the money!

le haut est très bien assez large , pratique pour les mouvements,mais ! le pantalon et trop juste . c'est gênant pour pour les mouvements je pense si je le porte il va craquer, c'est dommage.

What can I say it does the job. Put your suit on start your workout & a steady drip if sweat will follow. The more intense your workout it will be like you've left the tap running Good value
