Fabulous product, I use it everyday and it truly helps my skin so much! I had mild seb derm on my face and from the first use this soap got rid of all of it! It is also incredibly mild, so if you have sensitive skin like me expect great results without complications such as redness. It is really a miracle product. I have been using it for 2 years each and every day. I simply lather the soap on my fingers and gently rub all over my face so that I can get every pore. You will see immediate results. Make sure to stick with it. I also pair this product with Paula's Choice Clear Regular Strength Anti-Redness Exfoliating Solution with 2% Salicylic Acid. I put this on after my shower once I have cleansed with the zinc soap bar. It is a leave on solution. Just put it on a cotton ball and gently rub all over your face. It is a leave on exfoliator so it absorbs deep into the skin to fight seb derm as well as prevent blemishes from occurring. I went through a period of struggling with my skin but using these two products in tandem has cured my issues and given me so much more confidence. I whole-heartedly recommend both.

My regular dermatologist said there was nothing I could do about Seborrheic Keratosis other than have spots burned or frozen off. For just a few spots, each treatment cost several hundred dollars. Some spots turned white, others came back and still others left divot like spots where the doctor went too deep with the equipment. Plus, it was painful. Since I have hundreds of these spots, I had to find other options. The third dermatologist I saw suggested I try a different soap product sold on Amazon. It worked well and I liked it other than the price, having to leave it on my entire body for 15 minutes and how it dried out my skin. I saw an improvement in the Keratosis but no one else did. On a whim, I ordered this Set of 2 DermaHarmony 2% Pyrithione Zinc. I received 2 bars at less than half the price I paid for one of the other. I didn't expect much since I've always been told "you get what you pay for". After the first bar my husband asked if the spots on the backs of my arms were gone. Nope, they are still there BUT they aren't nearly as dark or as thick. He couldn't see them at all and could just barely feel them!! YEA!! This soap is amazing! It doesn't dry my skin and I don't spend an additional 15 minutes in the shower trying to keep from freezing to death. LOL The spots are thinner and much lighter than the dark brown they once were. I use it every time I shower and try to leave it on 4-5 minutes while I condition my hair and shave. Once every week or two I try to leave it on longer but it rarely happens. Of all the treatments and expensive products I've purchased over the last few years, none work nearly as well as this soap! I'm so thankful to have found it and hope it is available for many many years!

I wish I had taken "before" pictures! My newborn son had what the pediatrician thought was newborn acne, and then eczema, but it ended up being seborrheic dermatitis. The treatment she had given us for him made it so much worse. It got pretty severe and within a couple days, he had thick, yellow scales on his face and around his eyes, and all over his scalp. Regular baby soaps only irritated it more. I tried omitting soap and putting head & shoulders (same active ingredient) in his bath water, which kind of alleviated the dermatitis, but that dried out the rest of his skin. I'm so glad we bought this soap. It cleared up about 70% of the dermatitis the first time we used it. And it was plenty gentle enough to use on his face. We have to use it at least twice a week to keep the scales away, but his skin is back to normal, soft baby skin! Absolutely worth the money. Get this soap for cradle cap! And get one of those silicone face scrubbers too. You won't regret it

amazing success after dedicated use! I DID NOT use this product alone. I used it in combination with CUROLOGY and KOJIC ACID SOAP. Every day, 6 days a week. One day of complete rest to my skin as these products are very drying. I also use Nature Republic aloe foaming cleanser, which is very gentle and oil free in the morning, noon, and nights. Things to note: I go to the gym 5 days a week and sweat like a pig. It takes me an hour to get home to shower. Gross, but despite this, my acne is still going away after using this skin regimen. I use this product on my BACK, NECK, BUTT, and FACE. I’ve noticed changed in all places. PROS: It works very well in CONTOLLING upcoming acne. I still get cysts from time to time due to hormones but I’ve noticed a huge decrease. It does NOT decrease acne scars. It is really great for people with oily skin! I have extremely oily skin. This soap, despite being a tiny bar, LASTS FOREVER! Well, at least four to six months.. and that’s daily use! I’m not sure, but this bar must be really compressed or packed. You don’t even need to apply a lot ! CONS; however despite my super oily skin, it is still very drying. Make sure to give your skin rest at least once a day per week. If you are impatient, this is not the thing for you. Most care products take dedicated use. You may not see large results by using this product alone. I suggest using Curology in combo to combat your acne extra hard. It can SLICE YOUR SKIN! Yeah, scary right? This bar of soap has weird black specks in them and they are very sharp! Today I just sliced open an acne bump on my back. Lather this bar in your hands and then apply to the problem area. Don’t directly scrub this bar over the problem area. I’m not sure what those tiny dots are, but just beware.

The soap is great(solved skin problems) but I have had mixed orders with one seller correctly supplying the 8oz(2 bars) and the most recent just supplying 40z(1 bar) which makes it a pain to reorder

YES - the information is wrong, but what you get is priced very fairly. I received a large 4 oz (113g) bar of 2% Pyrithione Zinc. The information says 8 oz, and one of the pictures has 2 bars, so the description is wrong, however, all the suppliers list it incorrectly (there are several), so this is an auto-generated item from Amazon. If you check, you will find 2 bars for sale at a similar price on other platforms, but they are 28g, so you are paying double. You can also buy this size from the importer slightly cheaper, but you are then paying delivery costs. This is not easy to get hold of, and is designed for problem skin and is not a simple bar of soap. Imports always cost more, but at least it is being imported. If you have persistent Seborrheic Dermatitis, this is generally more effective than any other medicated soap you may have tried and lasts well if used as advised. It does not dry the skin out and there is no scent to cause an issue. It may not work for you, but it is well worth trying.

After trying EVERYTHING my doctor could throw at me to experiment with for 18 months with NOTHING positive happening at all. I demanded for him to refer me to a Specialist Dermatologist. Ive now been attending a city hospital Dermatologist dept in Southmead Bristol for 6 years with Very little, if any improvement achieved with the Miserable condition of my facial Seborrheic Dermatitis. (You all know the spiel range: Ears and Behind, Nose, Eyebrows, Cheeks, etc!) My order of the two bars of DermaHarmony 2% Pyrithione Zinc (ZMP) Soap arrived from across the pond (USA) yesterday. I showered and got it Frothed up and used it almost immediately! The initial results after the first use have absolutely blown my mind! The result has taken me back to a time i'd all but forgotten how GREAT it felt to be 'Normal'!! People have complained in feedback that this soap stings when using it. For me I welcomed the mild stinging that lasted a mere 20 minutes or so! This only told me that this stuff had set to work on me right away and boy was I right! 24 hours later and I am feeling a completely new man! I can't recomend this soap enough...I feel Ive been set FREE and am feeling absolutly GREAT today.... PLEASE DON'T GRIEVE ABOUT THE COST. This soap WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOR THE BETTER....and that's worth more to you than GOLD will ever be!!!

Originally gave one star as I believed the image was misleading in that it shows two bars when only one is the actual amount you receive, then updated to four stars as although misleading and expensive for a bar of soap it has worked well and has cleared up flaking skin within the space of a week. Have now updated to five stars as price has dropped from over £20 to approximately £13 and bought several bars during two for one offer, so less than £7 a bar, skin has remained clear over several months of use, had stopped using for a short time and skin became sore and blotchy but cleared up within a couple of days of using the soap again.

Firstly: The soap is good quality and works exactly as advertisied/expected. It will last longer than other, softer soaps. What I didn't like is that the advertising (when I purchased it) suggested that you were purchasing 2 bars of soap when, in fact, II was sent only one bar. Even the product description stated at the time '2pkg' (or vewry similar - difficult to be sure now because the info has *now* been updated. I note that the picture still show 2 bars of soap though, so beware. So: Good soap but very expensive - ignore the picture, you will receive only 1 bar
