Good acoustical and thermal performance. You will need to cover up hands and arms due to shedding of fiberglass. If not....be prepared to scratch. Great for enclosed compartments.

used on exterior on top of 1.5 inch rigid styrofoam panels then R-Panel in top of this. Wall facing the railroad about 100ft distance. After installation, the agonizing train horn is now bearable and doesn’t cause pain. So it does help noticeably. Nothing will be perfect in sound control but rather coordination of multiple strategies to get all frequencies to acceptable living levels. this is one of those strategies.

Not much else to say - it showed up as described and does what 703 does!

Couldn't find this locally. Decent price, considering it's a fortune to ship this stuff.

Was super excited to receive this as I'm using it for panels in my studio.. 4/10 pc's were damaged including some large chunks, and the package was tore open (about 10 inch hole) on the corner. could be more of a carrier thing but just being honest I put it in my panels any way, don't have time to wait.

I used this to sound dampen my utility room which is adjacent to guest rooms. It was easy to install, holds up well, and has made a noticeable improvement in reducing utility room noise. I am pleased with the results.
