I am extremely impressed with Pharmapulse Vaginal Moisturizer and Vulva Balm. Good stuff, works great but you have to put it on several times a day.

Let me start off by saying I have Vaginal Atrophy; yes, it’s a real thing and it’s not fun. This product is absolutely AMAZING!!! So where do I start…… I’ve been looking for something that lasts longer than a few hours and/or after the first bathroom run, I had to make sure of the ingredients before purchasing as I have an allergy to sone products, and obviously if you’re reading this you are dry. We all know dryness causes a whole host of problems, and yes being dry also causes tears because you’re like sandpaper down there. Yes, having Vaginal Atrophy is worse than sandpaper. I’ve tried other products for outside dryness, and they were good, yet not great. After this last bout, I knew I had to try something different; this product was the something different. I read plenty of reviews, mostly good, yet I also read the bad reviews just to find out what women were saying, as they say, read it all so you know what you might be in for. If you’ve ever had Vaginal dryness so bad you tear, or like me you have Vaginal Atrophy, being dry takes on a whole new meaning. When I bought this I had vaginal tears, a rash because I was so dry, and few other issues. There’s no smell, it’s super moisturizing, and feels like silk. After it passed my skin test it was time to try it down there. I used a cotton round to apply so I wouldn’t scratch myself or make the tears any worse. This stuff is like butter, so moisturizing, so silky smooth, so soothing and oh so comforting . It lasted through the day, and several bathroom runs, didn’t melt/leak or make my underwear a total mess. Of course I had to reapply at night because I was that dry. After 2 full days, the dryness has subsided, no more tears, no sandpaper feeling, no burning/itching, and everything is as moist as it should be. The ingredients are 100% organic, I don’t have to use a lot, it’s not messy, and it lasts the entire day. Sone reviews complained of burning, I’m here to tell you, this product actually helped the burning and itching I was having because of the severe dryness, I know I had to use more than normal because of the tears and such. It has saved me and I’ll never go back to any other product, or buy any other product unless they change their ingredients. Will I buy again, Absolutely!!!

My recently-diagnosed Vaginal atrophy is not the worst, but even in my mild degree, I need something to keep on hand for occasional after-s_x soreness. I like that this balm is all natural, has no scent, and can actually help promote healing. I use this in conjunction with twice a week prescription estrogen cream. Hubby says it feels like I now have an upgraded lady part! Mind you, this balm can be for any age female, not just us older gals, who needs some soothing comfort of our most delicate tissues. There’s nothing to be ashamed about! Just a reality of life!

This product is so good if you are having dryness and itching due to hormone changes such as perimenopause or menopause. I had used this previously and decided to try a different one with mama in the name because it used olive oil and seemed as thought it might be better and more “natural”. What a mistake. It was just a greasy mess that stained my underwear. This product replaces moisture, doesn’t stain, and isn’t greasy. I highly recommend.

It is good but does not last long enough after you apply it

This is an Amazing cream for women going through menopause and suffers from vaginal dryness. I have try numerous jells, lotion and cream over 10 years. This is The One!
