At first it did not seem to be working well enough, but I tried one more time and could see various "things " in the little net. So now I am happy with it. I had written to the customer service and never received a response. But I did eventually get it to work right by removing the little basket and opening it up fully and reinsert. I think I paid $52, which seems a little high, maybe should be priced at $36. You will still want use your regular lice treatments, like lice shampoo, in conjunction.

El peine no sirve,empecé peinándole pelo a pelo a mi hija y el peine le hacía nudos en el pelo y no absorbía ni una caspa para el filtro,después de peinar y peinar muchas veces la caspa que veía seguía en el pelo que incluso ni siguiera estaba pegada en el cráneo y se resbalaba fácilmente del caballe,era muy fácil de quitar con la mano,pero el peine no la quito y además de partirle el pelo a mi hija solo recogí en el piso un bulto de pelos que el peine le enredo y le partió,realmente no vi ninguna utilidad,sus dientes no son tan pegados para extraer como los peines para piojos y liendres,debe ser por eso que no extrae nada,un producto caro que no sirve y lo único que hace es enredarte el pelo y partirlo para desenredarlo
