Can i use this for fur boots

Yes just be warned that the fur is quite long so may want to trim around the bottom to keep the boots clean.

How much would you need for a full body costume?

I made a fursuit with it (5’4) and I used 6 of these.

Is it machine washable?

It is on a cold delicate setting but hand wash is always much more preferable when using materials like these. And line dry. Never put it in the dryer. Learned that the hard way, even with no heat.
