Good value for money, good performance.
Really pleased with this value kettle - had a disaster with a glass one I only had for a few months so bought this as an emergency kettle over Christmas. It’s quiet and boils quickly. Looks good design wise too.

Great....at sale price
I got this on a Black Friday deal and for the price I paid it's a good kettle. Boils quickly and quietly and looks sleek. But I will say if I had paid the full advertised price of around £20 I would have been a bit disappointed as it is fairly basic and plastic.

Worst kettle we have ever had, only 4 months old and it keeps switching itself off every few seconds but to be fair I have been sent a replacement so the customer service is very good, I will re-review whenever I start to use it.

It leaked and after a few days smelled of burning and smoked
I bought this item on the 8th January 2025 as a standby kettle it was delivered 2 days later, from day one it leaked a little, by day 3 it leaked a lot, I contacted Amazon and was told that if I wanted to return it, the return label price would be deducted from the refund, as the item was inexpensive, I decided not to bother, after a few more days smoke started to come out of the stand where the connection is and I binned it, It was a hazard I would not recommend this item. I have to say I feel very lucky that I was standing there when the item started to smoke and smell of burning.

I brought and it stopped working in 4 months and as I stay in Abu Dhabi and there workshop is in dubai and the warranty customer service people said they can’t pick or won’t pay the shipping charges you have to pay, very bad customer service and also bad product deliver from them, even if it’s under warranty they are just ignoring now they are not even picking up the call. It’s WESTIN INTERNATIONAL LLC who deals with Geepas. Very bad service. I think Amazon should ban them from selling any items when they can’t fulfill there warranty needs. Just a cautionary don’t buy if it’s sold from Geepas electronics always go ships and sold buy from Amazon
