Luminance Red The Proven Lip Sore Device for Pain Relief and Management

I bought this as a gift for my husband. I was a little weary of the cost, since I saw similar products that were less expensive; however I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for and I am happy to report that held true with this purchase. My husband uses this at the first sign of a cold sore and it stops the cold sore from forming.

I have been suffering with canker sores since childhood. When I found this product I was extremely excited to try it. Their website offer 90 days return guarantee but unfortunately through Amazon it’s only 30 days. From the time it arrived until I had a canker sore, about 80 days have passed. I had a canker sore forming on Sunday after biting my lip, and one smaller one due to either stress or acidity. The product hasn’t worked at all in any of them. If I’m being fair, they MAY be growing slower but they are still growing. The pain does not go away at all. Today is Thursday and I’m honestly considering if I should keep wasting my time using it twice a day. Again, this was MY experience for canker sores treatment. I’m not sure this would work for you. But for such a pricy product I’d expect more. Packaging and usage are quite good.

I get cold sores 3 times a year and they are huge! Its never one, it becomes 5! When I get one its 12 days of healing and a good 6 days I can go out! Honestly the masks have been a life saver for me. Totally skipped blister, crust, leaking, scab falling off, new scab, bleeding, creams pills, pain! This is crazy! So happy I found it! I can totally do pin size scab! “Gross! You always have sores on your lips,” I heard coming from another student in my 3rd grade class with an accusing finger pointed straight at a cold sore that had broken out that morning. Even though that was years ago I still remember it vividly. This was my introduction to what a life with cold sores was like. Most of my family had gotten them starting at a young age too so it was kind of an accepted thing that it was just the way it was. Before I got the Luminance Red I’d get a cold sore outbreak around every 2-3 months depending on stress, and the summer months actually were worst for me even though I know a lot of people struggle more in the winter. Just like everyone else I’ve tried taking L-lysine and Abreva and different diets. To sum it up, its been over 11 months now since I had an outbreak, whoowhooo! When I got it in the mail, I didn’t have an outbreak at the time so I waited to use it until I got one. Looking back I wish I would have started using it immediately for prevention, it might have stopped that outbreak from coming. When the outbreak came, I was ready for action and took pictures each day to document exactly how it worked. I used it 3 times every day, every 8 hours. I take it with me every time I travel and wish they had some kind of carrying case. I don’t want to take a chance of getting an outbreak by not using it. If you’ve got the money I would suggest getting one. It’s been SO nice not having to deal with cold sores for almost a year now. So thankful for this thing.
