Are there any written directions or a video to show how to use this?

No, which is why I wrote the lousy review on this product, in the box are four plastic squares with wheels and the tool with the handle, that's it. No instructions, no video, no drawing nothing to indicate which part goes where. It's easier to just buy four silicone sliders to place under the legs of furniture, which is what I've used for years. This product "MAY" be a great product but without instructions, THIS WOMAN can not figure out how to use it. I admit to being functionally illiterate when it comes to tools.

Can it be used to move a washer on paver/brick paved road?

It possibly could be used for that, but depending on the size of the pavers the length of the paved area and all the other things that go into consideration, I certainly would try and get a regular two-wheeled hand dolly!
