Ive tried a few different Collagen types. The last was a pure marine liquid (super expensive but it was good). But at three times the price of this one - honestly I haven't noticed much difference by switching other than the cost saving. The liquid one also tasted foul and was a faff to mix into drinks / also the packets were not recycleable. I was sceptical of this powder one having no taste but it mixes amazingly into a cup of tea and does not affect the flavour at all. I use a proper table spoon measuring spoon and do 2 x TBLSP a day. One pack lasts a month. Ive been on it a month after taking a break from my last one and I noticed my skin picked up again with more of a ‘glow’ after a few weeks of this collagen. Nails and skin & eyelashes also improved. In fact its amazing for eyelashes! I used to get very dry skin and I notice that I am not experiencing the dryness I used to get after a shower. My skin feels softer too. My dad is trialing the collagen at the same time and he reported improvement on his eczema and we are waiting to see if it helps a little with arthritis pain. You have to give collagen about 6-8 weeks to really see the difference. No product can turn back the clock but I honestly feel that collagen does help skin - along with a healthy diet and I am often told I look younger than my age and recommend taking collagen for hair as well. It definitely helps hair thickness and quality. For women coming up to menopause thats a big deal. I have researched LOADS on collagen and this is the best one in terms of quality and value I have found. I dislike the tablets (the tablet coating is not great for you). Many of the ones out there are rip-offs - if you check the quality and ingredients they are mostly bulking agents and junk! This one is good quality and only £20 month and many folk spend that on wine or takeaways without a second thought. I figure it doesn't do any harm and I think it is worth the investment. There is not enough medical testing to officially support it but everyone I know who uses it reports improvements in skin, hair and nails and if it helps other internal bits thats a bonus! Also - love the packaging, I switch mine into a tub but its nice to be able to recycle it. Hopefully one day they can source the product from British cattle and then it will be perfect.

This is great, can vary in price, normally weight to its £25. I seems to last me just over a month, not used it consistently yet to see a great difference Has no taste and easy to mix in tea or other. I use in Greek yoghurt

I've been using both the marine and bovine collagen powders for a few months now, and I'm really impressed with the results. One of the best things about this collagen powder is how easy it is to add into my daily routine. I simply add it to my morning coffee, and it quickly dissolves making it quick and convenient. Unlike previous collagen supplements I’ve used it is totally flavourless and doesn’t alter the taste or texture of my coffee. I’ve noticed an improvement in my skin, hair, and nails since I started using this product, my skin has less fine lines, and my nails are stronger and grow faster. I’ve not noticed any difference in my joints as yet but that may take a bit longer to notice.

Absolutely delicious way to improve a bland coffee. I have been using this for sometime and generally feel better in my skin so I think the collagen is working. Unlike other brands this doesn't clump and the ingredients are clean and free from the fake bad stuff so many products are hiding these days.

I've been using for 10 weeks, but can't see any discernible results so far. My skin is possibly less dry and may have some "spring back" but it certainly hasn't produced any miraculous results. I realise that it can take longer to see results so that alone hasn't lead me to leave a lower review . I've given a lower score for two main reasons: Firstly, the taste - I don't drink tea or coffee so can't take it that way so have been mixing it with either fruit juice or milk. It isn't easy to dissolve, but if you make it into a paste first before further diluting it that seems to do the trick. The smell is awful though, so I have to gulp it down without breathing in anywhere near it then quickly eat or drink something else to erase the aftertaste. This was true for all 3 of the bags I have consumed. Secondly, my urine went cloudy. I thought at first that it must be a urine infection but then discovered that "consuming collagen supplements may cause cloudy urine if it leads to the formation of kidney stones. Collagen contains hydroxyproline, which is converted into oxalate in the body."[medshun.com] Not a side effect that I was previously aware of!

Great product. Was a bit concerned about using bovine collagen, but Hunter & Gather have said the cattle are grass fed and free from GMO's, antibiotics and hormones. Have previously used marine collagen, but not noticed the same health benefits (my nails are so much stronger now since using bovine collagen, so hopefully it means I am benefitting in other ways, as mentioned on their packaging.

Slightly bitty texture when mixed in with food but completely tasteless. Does seem to improve skin and hair though.

I have been taking this product consistently for 9 months. I can tell you it's not gonna give you meaningful effect on your skin or nails, but hair quality has clearly improved. Regarding gut health, no noticeable effects whatsoever. I would strongly recommend this product only for people trying to get faster muscle recovery from workouts, as it is highly effective at it. Regarding flavour and odor, some bags taste better than other, and some smell less than others, I would say it doesn't have a consistent flavour/smell between different bags, which explains the bad reviews from people. Regarding mixing, I use a metallic bottle with a metal ball to properly dissolve. Never had any issue. If you use a spoon to dissolve it, I suppose it can be difficult, but then just invest in a good way to dissolve it. I bought this product on a very good discount. If I had to pay the full price, I think it's a bit expensive
