Great Workout Poster, Why Am I Not Model Ready?
Purchased the poster for a quick reference while using my Total Gym. ( OBTW, I refer to my Total Gym as the Damnit Gym) The poster works great. It breaks down the body areas to work on complete with the associated muscle group. It is much handier than the flip-chart that comes with the Total Gym. My only complaint is that I actually have to do the exercises on the chart. Wait, what? I can't just buy the poster and have it do the work for me? Dang!

Sliding Bench Workout Poster
This is a great workout laminated poster for my Weider Ultimate Bodyworks machine with 40 exercises focusing on upper, lower and total bodies with exercises for your core and back.

It is a good quality poster
I love how this poster is made. The pictures are really nice because they show the exercise and then the muscle that it is working. It is covered with a sheet protector and is thick so it won't tear. The thing that bothers me is the pictures are a little small and I have to get off my bench and get up close to see it instead of continuing my exercise. If the poster was bigger with bigger, bolder pictures I would give it 5 stars. Yes my eyes are not the best, but I can see other charts ok, this one could have bigger pictures.

Just as described
Product was exactly as described. It came ruled, but I took the advice of the note inside, rolled it the opposite way I put a rubber band around it, and it flattened out just fine.

Great visual for workout
This poster provides a great visual on all the exercises for upper body, core, back, lower body and total body and which specific muscle group each exercise involves. It is a great help to pinpoint areas you want to concentrate on and show you how to correctly perform the exercise without a trainer. Perfect for beginner to advanced workouts.

Double sided...
It was great color and easy to read but I didn't realize it is double sided so I can't hang it on the wall without loosing 1/2 the exercises.

Will not deteriorate.
I use it for reference to my Total Gym.It is waterproof and will not fade like the original papers did.
