I chose this because I wanted a minimal-ingredient glutathione supplement. Capsules are easy to take and the bottle arrived sealed and fresh. I didn’t notice any weird taste or GI issues personally. Could be better: It’s not cheap; benefits are hard to “feel” day-to-day, so you’re mostly buying for routine support. Bottom line: If you already trust Pure Encapsulations and want a straightforward glutathione product, this fits.

I started taking this 2 weeks ago to help me while I'm detoxing heavy metals. I was feeling very fatigued but since taking this supplement along with extra calcium and magnesium I really have felt much better. Pure Encapsulations has always impressed me with the quality as I've taken many other supplements by this company. UPDATE: Oct 1, 2018 I’ve recently began taking this supplement over a month ago. This time I take it in the am on an empty stomach along with a turmeric supplement. I am also doing intermittent fasting. I have noticed fat dissolve from my body. My libido is great again. I have energy Pep in my step all the way until bed. Many more positive benefits overall feeling better from hypothyroidism. I have taken Liposomal Glutathione in the past and never really felt a difference from other products. I feel that the reduced form is just as effective if you take it on empty stomach. And cheaper!

I needed this, which I take daily. It arrived in a flash, and is perfect.

I use these every day as I don't make it on my own well at all. They are very effective for me and I will continue to use them!

Some people do better with SR Glutatione. Like if u have any needed AI (Auto-Immune Diseases/conditions but not ASD, ADHD, etc.) I'm pretty certain I'm one of those people- I defiantly have ASD. Other then that. This is great! Vegan. NO fillers, or GMO'S. I'm not saying this doesn't help me. But as expected, it's form isn't ideal. FOR ME.!
