I've specifically been wanting to increase my intake of vitamin B6, B12, and E (they help regulate your hormones and relieve some PMS symptoms). These have your daily recommended dosage of both B vitamins, and 45% of E, so I thought I'd give them a try. As a multivitamin supplement, they also contain vitmain A, C, D, folate, biotin, calcium, phosphorus, iodine, zinc, and sodium. The other ingredients are fairly clean, which is also something I was looking for. There are more natural options out there, of course, but personally, I was pretty happy with the ingredients of these - especially for the price. There are 300 gummies, or 150 servings. In my opinion, that is a great bargain. I've only been taking them for about 3 days. I can't say that I've noticed a huge difference in how I feel, but I haven't had any negative reactions, either. No upset stomach, no weird after taste. In fact, they taste great. I mean, there's part of me that wants to just snack on them. I won't, but it's nice to have a supplement that you actually look forward to taking. I will say they are quite sticky and chewy, so they will get stuck in your teeth. However, since they are gummies, that's basically expected. It's also a very smooth texture for a gummy, if that makes sense. The flavor is mixed fruit, and while there is nothing on the package that says what the flavors are, there are three shapes: an orange slice, a strawberry, and a berry of some kind. You can taste the difference in them, so they aren't just one flavor, which I kind of appreciate. It's like a luck of the draw thing, expect they are all tasty. They smell just like they taste. I think the orange is my favorite, though. They seem to be of good quality, and mine weren't melted at all, though it's winter now and I live someplace that gets very cold, so it would've been surprising if they were melted. As of now, I will certainly repurchase when it's time.

Tastes good and easy to remember to take. The mixed berry flavor is pleasant (not chalky or weird), and the gummies are soft without sticking together. I don’t notice a ton of benefits like hair growth or increased energy but maybe once I’m further into the bottle, and the big bottle lasts a long time which makes it a great value. Easy, no-fuss daily multivitamin.

These are my go to vitamins. They are tasty and don’t leave an aftertaste. They are easy to chew and give me the vitamins my body may be missing. I do not experience stomach upset or pain with these. My hair didn’t grow any faster nor did I notice a change in energy but my blood work was all normal as that I am getting what I need. They are a good quality and one bottle will last for 5 months at a time.

Great tasting and very easy to chew. The quantity is great as well. Sometimes with gummies they go stale but these stays fresh and soft and have a great flavor.
