I was surprised at how comfortable these pillows are! I had been looking for camping pillows that are compact enough but still comfortable. These did not disappoint at all. For me I needed the larger size but overall these were great. They are very versatile and worked great when camping

I never thought I’d brag about a camping pillow, but the Klymit Drift absolutely deserves the love. The shredded memory foam gives just the right balance of support and squish, and it doesn’t flatten out like those inflatable ones. I use it for overlanding trips, and it’s become a must-pack item whether I’m in my truck camper or tent. The washable outer shell is rugged but soft, and it looks pretty sleek too. Total bonus: it compresses just enough to stash easily with the rest of my sleep setup. If you’re trying to upgrade your camp sleep game, this is the one.

I like that you can easily switch between soft for sleeping and durable for stuffing in the pack. Easy to remove cover and wash. I'm a side sleeper and this has enough thickness to keep my spine aligned but is compact enough for backpacking.

This is a great pillow, and an amazing camp pillow. I sleep with this every night at home. Every night. I’ve got neck pain, and the pillow is soft enough, and small enough, that I can move it to exactly where I need it. It’s made with incredibly comfortable contour form chunks, so you can form the pillow exactly how you need it. Your head just sinks in, without getting lost in the pillow.Now, the camping part, which is incredible. It’s a decent size, but not too big for those smaller tents or bunks. It has a nice travel system, the outside case is water proof tent material, which you open and shake the pillow down into its soft sleep case, and then roll the travel case into the end. Watch a video to see what I mean, it’s very smart. Everything is one piece so there is nothing to lose. (You can unzip the case to wash it.) The only extra piece is a Velcro strap which is used to made the pillow really compact for storage. I’ve already gotten my money’s worth from this after just a month.

Recently purchased and used this pillow (size large, color green) on a 7-day rafting trip and am very satisfied with it for level of comfort it provided and the relative ease of being able to pack it into a compression sack with my quilt and sheet system (Zen Bivy 40 F Synthetic Quilt and Light Sheet used on a Nemo inflatable pad). I've used many camping and backpacking pillows by most major manufacturers (Thermarest, Nemo) and this pillow is by far more comfortable and closest to an actual pillow you would sleep on at home in your own bed.Pros:Very comfortable for a foam-filled pillow. The pillow will expand after you open it from the packaging so let it sit for a day or so before using so that it fully expands for maximum loft. The pillow will have a slight plastic-like odor but quickly dissipates after a few hours.The dual-use pillow cover is a great feature. The soft, cotton-like side feels great to sleep on and when you're not using it, you can use the other side/layer to keep it clean and while storing or packing away for the day. The pillow cover is also easy to wash (cold water, delicate cycle, air dry).I slept on the pillow for 3 nights in my own bed before using it another 7 nights while camping on the rafting trip and had no neck pain, no weird pressure or discomfort on my ears (while sleeping on my side) and the pillow seemed to maintain a consistent loft. The foam blocks/pieces felt consistently distributed and soft (none protruded in any annoying manner). The pillow also stayed relatively cool even on warm nights (temps around 70 to 75F).Cons: On day 5 of my trip, the white graphics/logo started to peel off the the pillow cover (it appears to be some sort of cheap laminate) but this didn't affect the performance/comfort of the pillow in anyway only the aesthetics if that matters to you. I was stuffing the pillow in a compression bag with my quilt and sheet everyday so that likely caused the graphics/logos to peel-off. Other than this minor issue, the pillow hasn't shown any durability concerns.Bottomline: This is a "glamping" style pillow. It's not small, it compresses okay (not great), it's not lightweight, but it is very, very comfortable. I would not use this pillow for backpacking or any type of trip where weight and space are priorities. Instead, this is a pillow best for car camping and other trips outdoors where you're not concerned about pack weight or space and just want a comfortable night's sleep.

What a soft yet firm pillow. They really hit the mark here and the dual purpose pillow case is awesome. Helps keep my pillow clean durning the day. Get one!

I really am glad I bought this brand of pillow for my camping trip. I love to have as much comfort I can with camping or traveling and this pillow fits the bill. I love how big it is because it is more the size of a regular pillow and not a tiny one that barely fits your head. They are fluffy because of the filling and can still pack down pretty small. The cover is reversible and really cool.
