Q: When i put these on my 2001 tacoma, will i need to also add some longer rear shocks? & if so, what kind?

I installed these on my 2003 Toyota Tacoma I did not need to get new shocks or anyting

Q: Would I need anything else besides the factory parts in order to install these on my 2020 Tacoma off road 4x4?

You may use all of your stock part. I have a 2010 Tacoma prerunner I use the truck to pull my Master Craft boat. This leafs really made it nice. She ride like a new truck. I would recommend to have a friend to help with it. Use two jacks, and 4 jack stands just to be safe. Good luck.
