Little Miss Christmas and Holly-Belle Cut-Outs

I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas. Its so cute I almost kept it for myself.

I bought 2 styles of these vintage paper dolls for my granddaughters to play with during Christmas time at my house. They come over and play, decorate cookies, and we make memories together. These are beautiful...absolutely adorable outfits. They remind me of my own paper doll years many years ago. ❤

I bought these as gifts, they were soft cover and they were shipped flat and came without any creasing or bending. The artwork is wonderful.

I was so excited to get these and share them with my granddaughter. However, not the paperdolls I remember. They were pretty useless except to look at book etc. The dolls themselves were printed on back cover, flimsy cardboard, that you had to cut out. No guidelines for little hands, or punchouts which is what I expected. These are baby dolls so for little girls but they could not do them on own. Dolls did not stand up, even with stand, because cardstock was so flimsy. Forget dressing them. Tabs are not placed correctly, or long enough to go on dolls. Also printed info you needed on the back of page you had to cut for dolls. Very disappointed.

This was a very disappointing purchase. The paper dolls and clothing are very cute in the book format, but are too detailed for children to cut. As an adult I had difficulty with the cutting, the color was peeling off the paper as I cut, and the clothing is ill-fitted to the dolls. After 2 hours of cutting, and not even close to completion, I gave up. I will not give them to the child I purchased them for because they look shabby.

Most little girls who played with paper dolls will always have a soft spot in their hearts for them. Little Miss Christmas and Holly-Belle will bring back memories of wonderful childhood hours playing with their paper "friends". Adorable costumes with a Christmas theme.
