Seals Leaks
Great product, with multiple applications. A little hard to peel at times which made my work a little extra difficult, but it adheres incredibly well. I used this to seal the flashing on an old roof addition on my out building. The roof was leaking like a siv. No more leaks now! I also use it to patch holes on that same metal out building. Great stuff!

A great product
I bought this flashing when I was building my new deck to protect the area on the house where the sill plate had been on my old deck. Once I replaced all the rotten wood, I covered it with this flashing. It was easy to use and was super adhesive. I know the wood is well protected. I do recommend the product.

Good stuff
Used this flashing tape to seal off a few windows and a door on a shed I built. Adhesion was good and easy to apply without air bubbles. Hard to know how it will perform in the long run, but seems like a good product and a fair price.

Self-Adhesive
Used this around a roof sewer vent. This is the best stuff to buy. Excellent price!

Far less expensive. But definitely not as good.
It's rubber membrane is as thick and seems to be just as adhesive as the owens corning version. But the foil backing is far less durable. The snapped off edges of a widow shim easily poke through it and tear it. The good stuff stretches and is far more resilient. But the price is way higher This will definitely do the job. And it seems like it will last. But you need to be mindful of its weaknesses. I just cut a second piece and used it as a patch over the tear after cutting off the shim splinters w a razor knife. But you can definitely notice the shortcomings of this product compared to the OC brand.

Incredible sealing power
I primarily used this to seal newly installed windows. It's nice and thick and adheres like crazy. No draft or insect is getting past this stuff! We had to remove one window and thought we'd never get this tape off. PS I've also used this to seal cracks and holes in wood.
