Damaged/used/opened already
It came open/used already? Everything in package was just thrown into the box not sealed with original plastic wrap shoved into the box. Suppose to be a gift. Very embarrassed to give this as a gift to anyone.

App does not work. Must be hooked to computer. Mine came opened and damaged. Company no longer makes this or supports.
