★★★★★ Simple, Accurate, and Perfect for My Whelping Room I bought the ThermoPro TP49 Digital Hygrometer/Indoor Thermometer to monitor temperature and humidity in my puppy room, and it has been such a great little tool. When you’re raising a litter, especially newborn Golden Retrievers, keeping the environment stable is so important — and this makes it incredibly easy. The display is large, clear, and easy to read from across the room. I love that it shows both temperature and humidity at the same time, and the comfort indicator (dry/comfort/wet) is a quick visual check when I’m busy with puppies. No complicated setup — just pop in the battery and it’s ready to go. Accuracy has been solid. I compared it to another thermometer I had, and the readings were right in line. It updates quickly, which is helpful when adjusting room temperature or adding a humidifier. It’s small and lightweight, so I can move it around the house depending on where the puppies or mom are resting. For the price, this is a must-have if you’re monitoring a nursery, whelping box area, or even just your home comfort levels. Simple, reliable, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I really like these digital thermometer! I have one on the wall in a room and one in my office. These aren't a app-connected and is ran off one triple A battery. It is very accurate and works well. I like the smiley face that shows when the room is comfortable tempature and humidity. The button on the back allows you to change from Celsius to fahrenheit This a GREAT buy for the price.

Works perfect. Accurate, Temperature and humidity both matched pre existing meters. Digital reading is large enough to read without difficulty. Simple to use, just insert the included battery and place it wherever you want

If you live in a place with radiators, often times during winter it's very dry inside. I've gotten humidifier items to combat that issue. This item gives me pretty accurate information. If number for humidity falls below 30 on this meter, it's time for more humidity. It is small so it's not an eyesore. Didn't cost very much, at all.

Useful and helpful in determining temperature and humidity level. Would have been nice to include built in light so you could read it in the dark at night

Sits on the desk, I look at it all the time. Easy to read, simple to use. I can see what the temperature is inside the area I monitor and inside the area where ThermoPro display is located. Well made, I expect it to perform well over the long term.

I have a few of these now. They work as advertised. They're great for keeping track of temperatures in specific spots, and the small size makes it really easy to move around and stick them in places that you intermittently need to keep an eye on. I use them for tracking the temperature around my 3D printer filament storage, as well as seasonally around specific rooms when I suspect we might have insulation issues, and when proofing bread where I need to keep the temperature within a certain range. They also feature a magnet on the back, which although it's quite weak, does the job of sticking them around places. For ~$8, it's handy to have a few of these lying around.

I bought one of these several years ago to keep tabs on a couple of unheated rooms in my house. I shifted it around as needed. It took several tumbles, endured low temperatures and high humidity, and ran out of battery a few times. It's still working great, and I've positioned it in my office because it's easy to read at a distance. Now I need another for the unheated spaces, and I know exactly what to get. The fact that it takes a standard battery rather than coin cells is a big factor too. It's nice to have a device that you can set up and stop worrying about.
