Excellent product and service
The toilet unit exceeded my expectation. I have a quite expensive one is in my main bath. I was a bit sceptical about the quality since it was offered at a low price. To my surprise the unit looks beautiful and does the job very well. A minor crack was discovered while installing almost after 2 months of the purchase, it may be because of the shipping company may not have handle it carefull. I messaged the seller, and got prompt reply. Without any questions they send me a replacement unit (Although the 30 days return windows was over). Which I think is a very high level of customer service. I would definitely recommend the seller and toilet unit.

Looks good when installed
Delivered in half the time expected. Looks good when fitted. Our plumber didn’t moan too much when constructing & installing it so it must be okay!

Bathroom vanity unit
This look nice now it is fitted. I think it would have been better if the hole for the flush had been precut since the plumber who did it for us didn't do it very well. I like the straight sides of the toilet, no ridges to catch dust or anything else so easy to clean

Everyone happy with this and it works perfectly with good finish.
This was bought for the in-laws and installed by a plumber. They love it and he said it is good quality for the price. He's a bit sniffy about mdf as opposed to wood but they love it and that's what matters. No leaks, silent slow toilet lid comfy seat, good size sink with simple functional tap, perfect finish everywhere. All good. They recommend it, both the number and the in-laws. In fact because the plumber did the whole assembly his charge was higher than the cost of the unit which is fair enough. Everyone's happy with this.

Bathroom unit
Brought this to replace existing one size fitted perfectly quality good but have found the toilet flush system very noisy bangs when flushed and then again when full may have to replace it
