While I don't have any scientific evidence to back this up, I just finished my first bottle of this product and based on my experience I'd highly recommend this multivitamin. This was the first multivitamin I've taken that I feel I actually benefited from more than just placebo. On days where I forgot to take it I often found myself feeling less energetic and motivated, and wondering why until realizing I hadn't taken any vitamins yet that day. I didn't keep a log or anything, but it happened enough times that I feel there was a correlation. I actually ran out about a week or so ago, and after several days in a row of lower energy/mood decided to order more because I'm wondering if not taking these is part of the issue. Bio-availability is so important when it comes to vitamin supplements, and from everything I can see this company takes that very seriously when formulating their products. Other multivitamins I've taken (Opti-Men by Optimum Nutrition, for example), before I did the research that led me to this product, were made of mostly synthetic forms of various vitamins/minerals and were not very bio-available - as evidenced by things like neon yellow/greenish pee. This product had a much, much less noticeable amount of "waste" which was almost definitely due to the fact that my body could actually absorb the vitamins effectively. The recommended usage by the company is two pills per day, but I only take one (at least on days where I eat fairly healthfully). I use multivitamins to make sure I'm avoiding deficiency in any one thing - not to attempt to get the optimal amount of each vitamin/mineral. It makes the cost easier to deal with, as the vitamins are fairly expensive compared to others. Quality isn't cheap, though, so I'm not taking any stars off for that. The pills actually smell a lot better than the more synthetic vitamins I've taken, too, which I didn't think would matter but ended up making them easier to take. Previous vitamins I've used have had such a strong "vitamin-y" smell/taste that I find myself gagging a bit, even though I can take a whole handful of pills at a time with no problem. If I had to describe the smell/taste, it's kind of grassy - maybe similar to one of those green health smoothies. They're pretty average sized too. I don't have any trouble at all getting them down, but I'm somewhat of a freak when it comes to my ability to swallow pills, so my experience probably shouldn't be relied upon in that specific area. Overall, a great product and I decided to leave this review because I was just about to order my second bottle. On a related note, my wife is pregnant and is taking this same company's pre-natal multivitamins. She seems to be doing great on them, but I'm holding off on that review until I get to count our baby's fingers/toes/limbs later this year.

This product, along with adding leafy greens to my morning smoothie, helped me bring my A1c down into the normal range, along with improvements in folate, homocysteine, etc. I love that it is made from fruits & veggies.

UPDATE I want to update my review in this product. The vitamins are AMAZING when I take ONE a day. Two a day is too much!!!! Almost all the percentages are 200%, so its ok to take only one. I believe there is an excessive amount of B vitamins and vitamin A that could be dangerous in higher amounts. While taking one vitamin a day my energy levels increased and I gained a little bit of weight (for me this is very good because I am so skinny) because this made me very HUNGRY all day long. Also the good thing about this issue is that if you take one a day it lasts for a long time. Also some timestime I even skip one day, so I can even take them every two days and still has a very nice effect in my health. This was my review while taking 2 daily: This have me a horrible headache that lasted for days!!! I wasnt sure if it was the vitamin until I saw my pee and it was yellow. That is because of the excessive amount of vitamin B that is NOT plant based but synthetic one. I have used vitamin B before and the same thing happened to me, I just thought that because this was based on real food it woudnt be a problem. I have been taking two of these per day. I will try with just one to see if it is ok. For the flavour and the size it was ok for me because it has a coating that makes it easy to swallow.

I like this pill. I can swallow it without choking and gagging despite the fact it is larger. It is smooth and it does not give me acid reflux like Centrum Chewables. Updated on 6/20/14.... Wow!!! This is the best multi-vitamin I can find. It has no iron added which is a big deal. Too much iron leads to health issues and apparently iron is in all our food even fast food. It also does not have Calcium in it which is important. Too much calcium intake can lead to HyperCalcemia which is detrimental to your health. Esp if u are taking Boron supplement which increases the uptake of Calcium in your body. The Synergy company sent me a brochure after my Amazon purchase with a great coupon code inside. I stocked up big time and saved a ton. There is also a 15 percent off if u sign up for their news letter. Their customer service is great. I threw away my synthetic Vitamin C and Folic acid which is horrid in som many ways. This vitamin is like eating whole foods. No tummy upset whatsoever and much more bioavailable to the body. Just one a day is enough though the bottle says two. Their Vitamin C powder is the real deal! I capsule it myself to save money. Amazon sells a great little capsule machine. Only get vegetable caps as these will not interfere with the supplements. Good Luck!!!

This is a great multivitamin from a great organic company! Before purchasing through Amazon, I went onto the company's website and did some research. I was looking for an organic vitamin. It took me awhile to find a trusted company with verified organic ingredients. What I like best about this vitamin is that I can take it on an empty stomach and I don't feel nauseous like I have in the past with regular (synthetic) vitamins. I also like the amounts provided for the various vitamins and minerals. 100-200% daily values on the various nutrients guarantees that I am getting what I need each day even if I have days when I don't eat as good as I should. This multi-vitamin also provides a wide range of vitamins and minerals within this one product. The convenience of taking one vitamin containing most of what I need means I don't have to take a lot of vitamins separately.

These are the only vitamins I will take. They give me energy and have helped with my hair regrowth after losing chunks of hair from lupus. I definitely recommend these vitamins. They're a bit pricey but we'll worth it.
