Good fried garlic
Exactly what I wanted. Crunchy and very flavorful.

It's garlic.
Ironically had a mildly garlic flavor, despite being nothing but literal garlic. The granules are a lot smaller than I anticipated. Went great in mashed potatoes and, the original reason I ordered these, as a ramen topping. Might work well in one of those parmesan jar shakers; they're dry even though it's fried. There's a lot, so it'll last long (and at less than $10 for a lb it's a great value). Store in a better sealed container though, the resealable bag gets sticky from frequent use.

Vampire Repellent or Flavor Enhancement?
Honestly I might be a little obsessed with garlic, but dang this stuff was great! I added it to anything that might have a little excess liquid and needed a rich punch of garlic-y savor (everything!) Fantastic in soups, sauces, rice, and orzo salad. Really I didn't find anything that it didn't enhance. Also it could be super handy if you're in an unexpected battle with the bloodsucking undead, or if you like being that one person in a group that the mosquitoes give a pass to unless they're desperate. Any way you look at it, it's a win win. Flavor enhancement, armament, or pest control- be they insects or pushy guys, this is a great value!

Don't let the California warning label scare you! It's a law.
California Prop 65 warnings are often way overboard because they’re triggered by trace exposures and legal risk rather than real-world danger, so many labeled products aren’t actually something most people need to worry about. Drying and heat processing can create trace amounts of acrylamide, the same compound in your coffee. A few key points to keep this sane: Acrylamide forms naturally when foods are cooked or dried at higher temperatures (grains, potatoes, coffee, dried spices). The amounts in dried garlic are tiny and comparable to what you’d get from lots of normal foods. You’d have to eat an unrealistic amount, every day, for years for this to approach meaningful risk. Here's a list of things you're likely already using that have the same label warning: Coffee and espresso drinks (from acrylamide created during roasting) Cell phone chargers and cables (trace metals or plasticizers in insulation) Electronics like laptops, TVs, and headphones (lead or flame retardants inside components) Ceramic dishes and mugs (possible trace lead in glazes, even when food-safe) Wood furniture (formaldehyde emissions from composite wood or finishes) Leather goods like belts, shoes, and wallets (chromium used in tanning) Clothing and shoes (dyes or treatments used during manufacturing) Hand tools (metal alloys containing tiny amounts of listed metals) Jewelry including sterling silver and gold-plated items (trace metals) Cars and car interiors (exhaust exposure, plastics, upholstery materials) Parking garages and gas stations (combustion byproducts in the air) Camping gear and backpacks (water-resistant coatings or fabric treatments) That said, this garlic is PHENOMENAL! It's crunchy delicious right out of the bag that you can sprinkle on salads, baked potatoes, and anything, or cook with it to save the time it takes to chop fresh and keep fresh. I don't know if I'll ever need fresh garlic again!

Great product. Will buy again before I run out.
Good product. Had not used fried garlic before but wanted to try after seeing it in a couple recipes. I now use it for a lot of different items. I even sprinkle on fresh salad. Share some with a couple friends and they then purchased.
