Best Shaving Cream For A Great Shave
I have been using this product for 30 years. I typically use hard soaps with a shaving brush. If pressed for time or traveling, I use this soap. A small dab is sufficient so the tube will last. I have tried almost all the popular and revered soaps at great personal expense. Look no further than Musgo Real. Musgo Real is not only great with lubrication but it really stands apart as it’s the best in softening the whiskers. I don’t like strong pungent scents. I recommend the classic scent. Pleasant and subtle.

An excellent shaving cream with a wonderful scent...
This is my favorite shaving cream. I've used Proraso, Taylor of Old Bond, and Colonel Conk and this always has produced the most satisfying lather. The smell is timeless. The only way I can describe it is "old world classy". There's a hint of Ivory soap scent, but with herbal and subtle spice notes. It's so well balanced as not to be overwhelming; just a lovely subtle scent. I don't know if it's the lanolin in it, but it always lathers up so nice and slick. My razor glides right over it. Very satisfying. If it wasn't so expensive, I'd buy a case!

My favorite shaving cream
I have been using Musgo Real for over 25 years now. I first found it in a small shave shop in New Hope, PA and have been a fan ever since. I have a beard, so I don’t use it to shave my whole face, but I do shave my cheeks, neck and back of my neck with just a tiny bit. This tube will last me almost a full year and provides the closest shave I’ve ever had. My kids love the smell, as do I, and it keeps my skin soft. I also tend to gift it to close friends and family. To me, it is definitely worth the money… although I do miss their Lavender scented version.

Good but Pricey for what it is
Really high quality, slick and amazing fragrance. Lathers very easily. One star subtracted for the price, given it's only 3.4 oz and in an aluminum tube. Since the fragrance is one of a kind and the cream performs very well, I think its worth it. As always, YMMV. Happy Wetshaving!

Classy, all around.
Store 8 days ahead of expected delivery date. Well done. Shaving cream even with the high price worth every penny. Lasts months and wonderful shave.

The best there is, but frequent unavailability makes it very frustrating to find
This is the best I’ve ever used for my sensitive skin. It smells great and a tube lasts a long time. But when you do run out good luck finding more. I’ve had to order from small boutiques in NYC and even London to get it. Extremely frustrating supply chain issues that should not be excusable when the tubes cost $30 in the first place!

Not nearly as good as their classic scent in green tubes
Being a huge fan of the Musgo Real classic cream, I thought I'd give this one a shot. This is not a BAD shaving cream by any measure but compared to the classic Musgo Real this one disappoints: - if you are after the bold scent that their other product(s) tend to have, this one is almost scent-free by comparison. - not anywhere near the foaming or moisturizing properties of the green classic one; takes a lot more product to do the same job and the foam is never as good. the classic also makes the razor glide suepr effortlessly -- this one does not. Not a bad product but simply has little in common with their other classic; could have been from a different company altogether.

Was will man mehr?

This cream has few ingredients and is irritation free. A tube goes a long way and I find best way to use it is to smear a little bit on a damp brush and bowl lather. Add water drop by drop. The lather is silky smooth . Not sure how to describe the scent, but spice and coffee come to mind! Not strong, but enough to make lathering enjoyable. Leaves skin feeling fabulous. My favourite of the range.
