These parts fit my circa 1999 Littman lightweight. I had contacted littman for replacement parts and received a reply that they were no longer servicing this style of littman, while also directing me to the very expensive, newer stethoscopes they are selling. I greatly appreciate the quality of these parts and the ability to continue to use my trusted stethoscope!

Was a perfect replacement for my Littman cardiology stethoscope. Fit well and got me back up and running in no time.

Earpieces are OK, but rims and diaphragms are junk. Doesn't fit, and sits much higher from the surface of the stethoscope than it should, and crimps the diaphragm so the "tunable" part of the original diaphragm cannot "float" as it should. The replacement diaphragms are much thicker and the rubber edges much more stiff so will not produce sound anything like the original. Spend $10 more and buy the genuine Littman version. There is no comparison.

The rubber rim fits really well but it was a little bit hard to attach. Nonetheless, this is still a good buy because I only need the large rubber rim and the branded set is expensive which I will not use most of it anyway.
