The best part of these supplements: They are small and can easily be swallowed! In the past, I have been unable to add Omega 3 supplements because they were too big and I often would choke and be unable to swallow but then I read a book by Dr. Gundry and saw his recommendation. Wow! Also, the effects are great! Dry eye symptoms are much improved, the pain in my joints has subsided. So happy to have found this product. This product is endorsed by the Intl Fish Oil standard Board as per Dr Rhonda Patrick PhD (FoundMy Fitness podcast), and has pleasant appearance and texture (not slippery or sticky) and no fishy aftertaste. It also has over 1,000 mg EPA/DHA in each geltab, which is a high amount for each. Often other products which say “1,000mg / serving” require TWO tabs to equal 1,000, which is in my opinion potentially misleading

I take this in addition to a fish oil that has both EPA and DHA. DHA is so important for the brain, most fish oils don’t have enough, it is really important to choose a high quality product. I’ve been taking this a week. I have had no fish taste or burping, which is why I stopped taking fish oil and was taking krilloil, but this product was suggested to me and I thought I would try it.

This brand is really clean. I was taking an organic one from my local grocery before but they discontinued it. So mid pregnancy I was scrambling to find a new one. Although this brand isn’t in glass packaging or labeled as organic I still went with it because it seemed the cleanest and most pure of all others available at the price point. There’s absolutely zero smell, you don’t get any fishy burps , you get a considerable amount for the price. My chemist husband approved of them. Definitely recommend.
