I move around a lot during the day and I don't always end up at my own desk or where silverware is handy. I keep food in various fridges or drag around a cup o noodles, but the silverware issue keeps coming up. I do have a pair of travel chop sticks, but they don't really work out so well in all cases (soup...yogurt...pudding...enchiladas) so this seemed a good solution.And it is! The spoon and fork aren't large, but they're big enough to be useable and to tackle pretty much any microwavable meal.Super handy. Chopsticks good too...and actually easier to clean than my others which are sealed wood, even if you do have to be somewhat cautious when biting to not chip a tooth on the metal (if you're me who still hasn't always mastered the lips only approach to chop sticks).Only real complaint is the case...the lid is not tight and has opened in my purse several time and the clip fell off almost instantly. But I did pinch it to be on tighter and so far it's holding. At some point I'll probably just chuck it and find something else to hold the utensils which I will keep.That said, for the price of these I ABSOLUTELY feel they have been worth it and have been a significant benefit to me. They easily will save the cost in plastic silverware and DEFINITELY save the headache of trying to lick out yogurt with my tongue, drinking vegetable soup, or picking vienna sausages out with my fingers because the chopstick just stabs them to mush. If these were in a vending machine at work, I'm sure they'd sell out on a regular basis.

My main motivation in purchasing this item was to cut way back on the number of plastic forks and spoons I've been using at work. But I have to say that as an artist, I really appreciate the neat, sleek design compactness, and sturdiness. It fits anywhere -- work bag, school bag, even my purse. The case which holds the utensils even has a clip (like a pen) to hang off the edge of a bag, which makes it easy to find. The look is very modern and cool (unlike me ;-) . I ordered this set at the same time as a set without the fork and spoon. I'll repeat here comments. My order did arrive sooner than I thought they would. I have one set that does see to want to screw tightly together. I've thought about adding a little tape around the handle because they slip a little in my hands. My dexterity for little things can be challenging. The size is good, though I would have liked this in a sewn cloth case as opposed to a hard case. They are less noisy in the case than the chop sticks only. (more stuff, less room to rattle around) I'd buy this again.

I bought these as a quirky gift to go in a basket of items. They are fun, useful and sleek looking. One set had a problem from the factory that one of the ends of a chopstick was wrong. I contacted the seller, got a quick response and they said they would be mailing the replacement. I haven't gotten it yet though. I don't understand some of the other reviews. The picture shows exactly what I got and it was what I expected. They are well made and can be put in a purse, briefcase or glove compartment. They aren't meant for eating large meals at the dining room table. They are for fast food on the go.

I purchased this item to join one other set. I reviewed several similar options online and decided to purchase this set since, based on price comparisons, "4 sets" plus shipping would cost about the same as what I paid previously. Unfortunately, the companies idea of "4 sets" and my idea were different. "A set" for me includes the chopsticks, spoon and fork. that is one set. The company said when I called that this was '4 sets'. I would never think each chopstick would be counted as one item - i.e. one spoon, one fork, one chopstick, one chopstick = 4 sets. Therefore, this is an overpriced item with a high cost for shipping. It took two weeks to get through to the company. I sent an email through Amazon with no response. I called the company and their voicemail box was full and would not accept messages. I called several times during the week at all times of day. Finally I got through and was told their computers were down and they had to wait until they were fixed before they could respond. When I did call back (and apparently their computers were working this time) the company had no desire to satisfy my concerns, and had no clear explanation about the mix-up. Let the buyer beware! I will never order from this company again.

Perfect if you're going to be using the chopsticks a lot. The spoon capacity is only 1/2 teaspoon. The chopsticks are great. The spoon and fork are not polished on the edges. And, I'm not complaining, given the 259 price.

This has been fun to put in my lunch box. I dislike using disposable wasteful plastic forks and spoons. However, the fork and spoon are about the same size you would expect to use for a baby. After two weeks of use I've found in spite of their size, they work well on many kinds of food. Thin soup, however was a pain to eat with them.

This was a christmas gift for my daughter, who takes her lunch frequently. She has given me the "thumbs up". So I am passing it on. She wants one for a friend ... so I told her where to get it.

Arrived 2.5 months later than expected arrival date. Packaging in bubble wrap plastic bag. Functional product, is as described. Note utensils / case are so compact that's it's difficult to get them back into container without trying to stuff them in (and thus bending them). Spoon and fork are very small size, slightly rough edges. Nice and convenient for leaving in the car on-the-go snacking. Nice floral designs on the handles of spoon and fork. "Cable tie" consisted of a bulky strip of Velcro with unclear purpose (would be too thick to keep utensils together in the container..)..?

Honestly, I can live with the small size (spoon is about the size of teaspoon) as long as I have my own utensils I can take anywhere...Big utensils might be a hassle anyway. It's all about convenience, which this product does well.The chopsticks are the best item of the bunch, being pretty sturdy when put together and end up being "normal" size. The fork and spoon are strong enough to handle a little weight and pressure (I cut through baked potatoes with them). The items fit back into the container without any hassle and the cover closes adequately enough.Basically, I got what I wanted for the price. Shipping took quite some time (longer than usual) but I wasn't in a hurry.

these are great I got them for my little guy to put in his lunch bag when he starts school, very small but will do the job just fine, chop sticks are mine, so they will stay at home, i have bought a few things from this buying and some of it takes awhile to get here but always great products, have never had a problem

Lightweight and portable so I can use my own when dining out instead of the bulky wood/bamboo ones that are porous and absorb who know what. Not super quality but with the peace of mind I get, the price easily outweighs quality concerns.
