Probably one of the best mulch-vitamins on the market
Probably one of the best mulch-vitamins on the market. I have been taking regular and Men's Life Force Vitamins for over 2 years and have felt great, seen significant improvement in my health, along with dietary changes. I would recommend anyone curious about the Source Naturals Multivitamins to go to their website and download the PDF on the original and they have separate PDF on the Men's and Women's. Very informational. One important thing: they are supplements. They don't take the place of well balanced diet. In the PDF it states that the vitamins are fat and water soluble. Meaning, you should take them with a big glass of water and a meal containing some healthy fats to distribute the nutrients to where they need to go. Pretty basic, but get your moneys worth.

Really a great vitamin, probably the best, but a few pitfalls
I read about this vitamin after doing some research and came to the conclusion that overall, it tends to have the best sources/types of vitamins (e.g., tocotrienol complex where others simply have old cheap crappy worthless tocopherol vitamin E). I must say, after taking it just a couple of days, it is the only vitamin where I truly can say I felt better, and felt a difference, from taking it. The Ginko and adaptogenic herbs may responsible for some of that quick feeling, to be fair, but still, this is a high quality vitamin profile; worlds apart from Centrum etc. That said, after taking it for nearly a week, I have just a few complaints... The tablets are really large. I take plenty of supplements, etc, and usually have no problem with "horse pills", but these are seriously pushing it. It wouldn't be so bad if not for issue #2: these vitamins are beginning to upset my stomach. Having to take 6 per day is quite a lot of stomach room for these giant vitamins; thus it would be nice if they were scored so they could be more easily broken in half which might help with stomach/GI upset. Lastly, I have noticed I'm not sleeping quite as well. I started off taking half (3) in the morning, and 3 in the early evening after workouts, and just recently changed to 3 in the morning and 3 in the early afternoon. I believe this will help the sleep issue, but it doesn't help the stomach upset issue. These things are somewhat par for the course, but whatever you do, drink plenty of water and eat plenty of food when you take these; they are a bit rough on the stomach (but still great vitamins).

Very good multivitamin
I switched from Rainbow Light Men's One and started taking this multivitamin a month ago. I decided to move to this multivitamin because its highly regarded and more bioavailable. Life Force Multiple was rated #5 out of 101 by one study: [...]. When choosing a multivitamin I think its really important that the vitamin and minerals come in good forms. From what I've read, this multivitamin has the best forms and uses multiple forms for many of the vitamins. Since taking this, I've felt a more positive mood and have been more focused at work. Having said that, there are a few things I don't like about this multivitamin. Vitamin K is not listed in the label and so I do not think it is included in this multivitamin. Vitamin D is kind of low at only 400IU, which is bad for me because my vitamin D levels came back really low and barely within range even though I had been taking Men's One that has 800IU everyday. So I have been taking Twin Lab D3 plus K2 dots along with this product. This Vitamin has green tea extract, which can be up to 10% caffeine so one serving can have a max of 7.5mg caffeine. Because of the caffeine and B vitamins, I would say that this multivitamin is not good to take before bed. I really like this multivitamin and plan on either sticking with this or moving to the regular Life Force Multiple No Iron tablets. I have a hard time justifying buying these when there isn't too much more added and it is so much more expensive. Its ~$17 per month for these and only ~$11 per month for regular Life Force Multiple No Iron tablets if you take 1 serving per day. For the extra $6 a month you get 200mg of saw palmetto, 150mg of ashwagandha, 100mg of damiana, 100mg of Asian ginseng root extract, 75mg of Swedish Flower Pollen Extract, 60mg of bromelain, 60mg of stinging nettle root, 50mg of pygeum bark, 50mg of wasabi rhizome, 50mg of oat straw aerial parts, and 25mg pumpkin seed extract.
