I tried roasting in parchment for the first time with these. I love that they do not contain plastic or dangerous chemicals. For years I've used nylon roasting bags and always wondered how much plastic was getting inside us from the food I cooked. These parchment bags are easy to use, they stay rolled up during cooking and the food comes out great. They function the same as nylon roasting bags by speeding up cooking time and keeping the moisture in for tender meat. I cooked turkey thighs and breast tenderloins with carrots and they were delicious!

I grew up with my mom using a brown paper grocery sack to cook her turkey in each Thanksgiving. With bags being made from recycled materials these days, I was searching for an alternative option and this Non-Stick Parchment Roasting Bag did the trick! The turkey turned out beautifully - so moist, perfect golden brown, and delicious! The bag allows plenty of room to get inside with your turkey baster. The box came with 2, so I already have one for next year! The price was just right for this product! Came quickly and undamaged!

We smoke a turkey every year and some years it’s better than others as certain factors can make it vary. The last two years I have used these parchment bags and each time the bird came out PERFECT! I typically smoke it or you could bake it for a few hours to get a golden brown outside or help the smoke get in and then simply place the bird in the bag and roll it up tight and fold underneath. I did leave the thermometer it and had the cord come out of the bag. You could also use an app based one which would work better. No basting, no tenting, no wrapping of wing tips. None of that. Just let it cook and once done let it sit in the bag for a few minutes before opening. Turkeys, chickens, heck even briskets I bet could be done with these. Perfect size for a turkey and you can’t go wrong.

Works great and is a natural product not like the other plastic one that is sold out there. Would highly recommend. Just be careful not to rip while putting turkey inside.
