Poor build quality. Hooks aren't level.
Kohler's made in India product isn't as well built as the product made for other markets. One of the hooks is visibly not level. See the photo. I don't know if there's just inconsistent build quality, but manufacturing process clearly relies on too much handwork and not enough quality control. See the photo. Disappointing product from what should be a reputable company.
