Best value to dollar knife set on Amazon - Just do it!
I don't write a-lot of reviews, but with the extreme value for the dollar, I just had to. Beautifully packaged, comfortable handle, and most importantly, sharp right out of the box. The star of this set is the 12" meat slicer. I made 8 - 2" steaks for my large family and was able slice them all in single pulling motions, no tearing, just beautiful slices! The butcher knife and Boning knife are equally as impressive. If you research like I do (borderline OCD), just buy these. You will not regret it!

Beautiful knives, nice weight, & balance, sharp! Love these weighty beauties!
Amazon doesn't let me put in separate reviews of different knives so, i'm updating this. I ordered the scimitar along with the bull nosed knife as I knew I needed a longer, stronger, heavier knife, but I wasn't sure about which shape, would best fill my needs. Who doesn't want a Scimitar? I have never used one of these before, so I am learning which tasks it excels at, but taking rinds off melons is one! It is a beautiful knife, feels good in the hand, and is very sharp. I am certain I will find this will fill many gaps in my carving/cutting/chopping tasks as I learn to use it. The price point on these knives is something I can gamble on a new, potentially very useful tool. The bull nosed butcher knife is my new favorite knife. My Dad had one that I used growing up, but I had forgotten just how useful this size and weight of knife is. I bought it thinking primarily to use it with large pieces of meat - for cutting and shaping roasts, brisket, and the like, but now that it is in my kitchen, I also use it on large fruits & vegetables - pumpkins, watermelons, pineapples, cabbages - this knife makes preparing them a dream, so easy - this knife floats through what used to be daunting chopping tasks. I just wish I hadn't waited so long! The only "meh" is that the back tip of the bull-nose is not sharpened, so it can't be used to flick through membranes and tendons with that back point edge. I will be consulting with a knife sharpener professional to see if that can be done. Given my experience with these first two knives, I decided to upgrade my knifes and have now replaced most of my older knives with this line. I love the substantial handles - which make gripping easier in my large hands - and the wonderful balance these have. They are sharp, and seem to be holding the edges well so far. I am very impressed with the quality. These are all heavier, more substantial knives than their counterparts in my previous knife accumulation, and far superior at their tasks, so the main knife I'm hanging onto of the older ones is a chef's knife from cooking school. I like this new chef's knife, it is great for most chopping but it does not slice tomatoes with the ease my older - much thinner and lighter - chef's knife does. I wish there was a bird's beak pairing knife. They come in beautiful boxes, so they can make lovely gifts. If you have larger hands, or simply prefer substantial knives and want to upgrade the quality of your mishmash collection of knives, but aren't yet willing to shell out for a professional set that can be thousands of dollars, these are a wonderful step up. Very happy with my new knife collection.

Love this knife!
This knife is great! First of all it comes beautifully boxed and includes a sturdy sheath. The knife is extremely sharp and cuts through beef like butter! I’ve also used it to cut a spiral ham and homemade bread. Great price for this item.

Excellent Brisket Knife
The brisket knife was sharp and has a good weight to it. I used it to carve a ham and it made the work so much easier. The length is a great length. I am satisfied with the product. You will have to have this in your kitchen! Work Smarter not Harder.

Great Quality
Great quality knife, very sharp and ready to cut a 15lb brisket right out of the box. Handle fits well in the hand, and the blade is nice and sturdy. The edge held its sharpness pretty well through out the holidays. Came in a nice box with info pamphlets, a sheath and a cleaning wipe.

Excellent product
We bought this as a gift for our adult son who loves his grill and smoker. He loves it. It’s very sharp, excellent quality, feels good in the hand and a good price. We would buy this product again.

Very nice knives!
Haven’t used these yet but I’m very pleased with the weight, sharpness and balance of these knives. I can’t wait to cut the 1st brisket with them!

On first impressions the knife is very good and extremely sharp. I just hope it keeps its edge but only time will tell .
