I’m going to be honest when i was looking at reviews i was skeptical this wasn’t going to be comfortable. I thought the grids would’ve been intrusive, but the honest truth is, This is the best pillow I’ve ever used. The latex core they use is just a mold of your head and the weight resistance is just enough to keep your head from going flat down so it kind of just floats there in line with your spine whether your a back side or face sleeper. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a nice sleep. Just be warned it is a pricy pillow but for quality sleep I’d say it’s worth it!

It's very comfortable, high-quality, and doesn't fall flat like normal pillows! It also outperforms the less expensive counterpart Purple also offers. One complaint I have is how from time to time I can smell the pillow, not an unpleasant smell, just noticeable. Otherwise, the airy design keeps the pillow cool, and that same design is able to maintain support throughout use. If I had one recommendation, it would be to go for the size larger than I chose, as it feels a little small when I turn it to the side slightly to align it with myself.

I love this pillow! I've been sleeping with it for 10 months, since last Christmas. I am a fat girl and a side sleeper with menopause. This pillow helps me stay cooler and is easily adjusted, resulting in many fewer mornings with a stiff old neck. I never would've spent this much for a pillow, but my husband invested in a Purple mattress that we both love, so he gifted me the matching pillow about a year later. These are both worth every penny. I sleep much more comfortably now than I have in decades.

This pillow does many things right. Its soft, yet, firm. It contours well. One downside is the weight and heat retention. It is heavy, so moving it around can be a tad annoying, and it does seem to retain heat more than I would like. Outside of those two, this pillow has been wonderful. The cost is a bit steep for a pillow, however, this ain't your dad’s pillow. This pillow will stay fluffed and never permanently flatten. That's thanks to the unique filling that is similar to the beds they manufacture. Pros: Comfortable, always rebounds to original state, users will get great sleep with it Cons: Weight, price, heat retention Overall: This pillow is worth the purchase if you have the extra money available and don't mind spending an excessive amount. My rating is reflected primarily by the cost since the other two are minor complaints. Get this pillow, and enjoy some good sleep. 4/5

I’m rough on my pillows, most do not last a couple of weeks before the filling is split down the middle. I divided to give the purple a try, because of their reputation. When I received the pillow, I noticed the texture was quite different then other I’ve tried. I felt like a waffle when running my finger across it. Somewhat skeptical, I used the pillow that first night. I found it to be quite comfortable and slept well. Now, after having the pillow for a while, it continues to hold its shape and support well. I recommend spending the money and getting the quality pillow.

Update: I bought this beginning of May. It’s is now the end of July. Not even yet 4 months! This pillow lost its umph. My head sinks down pretty far and I wake up with neck and shoulder pain. There is now ZERO support. For the amount that this pillow cost, $200, it should last longer than 3 to 4 months. I cannot tell you how angry with this I am. I feel scammed. It’s a total pile of b.s. I absolutely do not recommend. If it only lasts 3 or so months, I’m definitely not buying another one. Went from 5 stars to negative stars. I originally got the medium height one. I felt like it wasn’t enough so exchanged it for the tall loft one. I got it inside, opened it up and put a pillow case on it. Then laid on it to see if it was indeed what I needed. And I kid you not, I fell asleep in under 2 minutes. I’m an insomniac, so randomly falling asleep just never happens. This thing is perfect for me. I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect pillow for over a year, and was always disappointed. I am really looking forward to bed time tonight. I also really like and appreciate how this thing arrived. It came in a big box. When I opened it, the pillow was there in all its wonderful glory. Thick, fluffy and squishy just waiting for me. It was wrapped in plastic so not to get dirty during transit, so it was pristine. But the point is, it arrived ready to use. I’ve never had an Amazon bought pillow arrive like that. They’ve always arrived flat and compressed. Then you have to air it out to inflate and destink it for HOURS. Purple pillow wasn’t like that. Like I said, ready to use without structural integrity being compromised. So I appreciate the presentation of it. Cause I mean, you spend 200 bucks on a pillow, you wanna feel like a boss when opening it. So. I’m really pleased and hope it lasts a long time. UPDATE: You cannot use fancy percale pillowcases on the tall purple. By the time you get the pillow stuffed in the case, it’s pretty tight and has no give. Had to buy jersey knit pillowcases. Needs a stretchy pillowcase to allow for it to giveaway to your head and movement. Also not really getting a cooling effect. Kinda makes me sweat actually. But it’s still the best sleep of my life…every night.

I’ve had this pillow for six months. At first I loved it but then realized it was too soft. I don’t feel the neck and shoulder support at all. Started waking up with shoulder and neck pain. Definitely not the right pillow for side sleepers. It’s definitely overpriced. Would not buy again.

We bought two pillows of different sizes. We are very happy with the purchase! They are excellent quality and were delivered surprisingly quickly. We will recommend this company to our friends

Nice texture but too soft. Gives no support for your neck. Too much money for a pillow that doesn’t serve proper support. I feel like I’m not sleeping on much of a pillow. T.P. Ontario

This pillow is okay nothing to brag about. Costco sells the Novaform pillow which comes pretty close to this for 1/10th the price. I am giving it a one star just because of the return policy. I live in Canada but they got me to ship it to Vegas which cost me $75.04 Canadian. Never got the money back, still waiting, although they said they would honour it. My dad is a side sleeper and he found the pillow a tad too tall why I’m returning it.

It’s very different from all other pillows I’ve tried. This was very soft and yet supportive, but it doesn’t form into the shape of my head, good thing is it “resets” with every sleep. Very comfortable, but too tall for me even with the standard version, had some discomfort after a week. I’m a small sized person so this may be the reason. It’s not as cooling as advertised. I will try the low version and review that again.
