I am just finishing my first bottle of Omega 7 and here are some of the things I've noticed in the past 3 weeks: 1) my asthma symptoms have disappeared and my lungs are clear. This was confirmed by my doctor yesterday and he has taken me off the steroid inhaler I had been on for a number of years. 2) my issue with irregular heartbeat has completely resolved. This was also confirmed by my doctor. 3) I have more energy, sleep better 4) I am down 6 pounds, and my cravings are greatly reduced I have to say this supplement is as close to a miracle as I have seen. I am looking forward to having to blood work done to see where my triglycerides and cholesterol levels are. I will definitely keep ordering Omega 7 and have recommended it to friends and family.

My doctor said to keep taking it because it's working

I've been taking these and like them. I think they are effective. However, I now have concerns that they may have tree nut oil in them even though it says NO TREE NUTS. I am also concerned about the misbranding review I see with a 1 star. I will go with another brand.

I started taking Omega-7 after it was recommended in either a USAToday or Parade magazine article. This was at least a year ago, maybe two. I looked for an Omega-7 on Amazon, and InnovixLabs was the only brand that sounded like just what I needed - an Omega-7 from fish, not from nuts. I have been pretty loyal to the brand ever since. My good cholesterol has gone up (in the right direction), and my bad cholesterol and triglycerides have gone down. There is no odor or taste to this Omega-7, and it is easy to swallow.

Good price, less than another popular brand

These worked very good long as you have no digestive issues ..if you do it will make it worse. But if you dont. It works Great & very fast. It does make some folks go to rest room after each meal some didn't it just depends. It suppress your appetite quick but very slick you dont really notice it if your not om a schedule. But it's best to be on one because eatting healthy helps you to loose weight faster..Stay away from fast foods I've noticed helps alot. I really like this I only tried for 2 months & after I stopped I'm still not eatting a whole lot ,and I'm not hungry all the time. I find it hard to decide what to eat now. .lol.. but it's good to try to add more fruit which is great on the weight loss scale. But I loved this product and as I said in 2 days I could tell this was working & changing things. Beginning weight loss is not noticeable but you will feel great. If you are serious about your health..& weight loss.. I hope I helped and answered any questions you might have about them. 1 last thought. We took these at different times of the day..still have same reaction..it may tell you your not hungry at all. But always eat something even if just a sandwich or salad or fruit. Good luck.

I like that these come in a 60 pill count unlike other omega 7’s. No problem taking these.
