Wow! You absolutely need this. This is the best little gadget I've bought in a long time. I have used it to grate garlic, ginger, celery, jalapeños. It is so helpful! It's super fast too! I don't give many 5 star reviews,but this little thing is wonderful and so simple.

I ordered 3. One arrived broken. I reached out to the supplier and they replaced it within a week, then I sent the broken one back. I gave 2 away as gifts. It is a handy little thing to have around, but you do have to be careful. I wasn't expecting it to be sharp...but, duh...it grates garlic. It's also pretty sitting on my shelf.

works great for ginger and garlic, easy to wash right after use. I often grind garlic and top with balsamic vinegar and olive oil right in the dish to dip bread in! very easy
