Very healthy, love the vanilla taste
I ordered this because as a result of a healthy diet (not a vegan) I was concerned that I was a bit lite on my protein consumption. I also like the fact that this product has 24 vitamins and minerals several of which are not included with my low dose multivitamin. I really like the taste which is similar to what a melted vanilla frosty from Wendy's tastes like. Most protein supplements either have less protein and/or have a lot of sugar. I specifically wanted one with no added sugar and on the low end of calories and this product fit my requirements perfectly. I also wanted a brand name as I have no way to measure how much protein or which vitamins & supplements are actually included so brand trust is important. This product is named Ensure Pure Protein. Ensure also makes another product named Ensure Protein Max and I really can't discern any significant difference. Both have 30 g of protein and only 1 g of sugar. This product, the Pure Protein, has 10 fewer calories and 24 vitamins & minerals versus 25 vitamins and minerals in the Protein Max product. There might be some slight differences in the types and/or dose of vitamins & minerals which I didn't check out.

Vanilla shake that’s my post-gym go-to
Yo, these Pure Protein Vanilla shakes are clutch for my morning workouts—30g protein, only 140 cals and under 1g sugar keeps me full without the bloat. Tastes like a legit milkshake, not chalky at all, mixes smooth with that creamy vanilla vibe perfect after yoga or lifting. No crash, just steady energy for my WFH grind.

Good Shakes!
Pretty good! Not chalky, fills me up and a good source of protein. The macros on it are great, they’re not too sweet. Reminds me a lot of the premiere protein. I will buy again!

My favorite flavor
The Pure Protein Vanilla Milkshake is my favorite flavor so far! I have tried Vanilla, Cookie Dough and 2 chocolate flavors and this one is my favorite flavor! I love that it has 30 g of protein since I have been trying to get more protein in the morning and this is super convenient. I prefer it very cold. It helps me feel good and keeps me full.

Really good and no chalky after taste
These taste really good. I’ve always bought Premier protein shakes, but tried these because they were on sale and I’ll definitely buy them again. There’s no chalky texture or weird aftertaste, which is huge for me. I usually pour 1/3 of one into my coffee in the morning so I can get in a quick 10 grams of protein and it tastes so good that way. Super easy, smooth, and just an overall solid protein shake.

The Vanilla is AMAZING! But my order experience traumatized me ....
I normally LOVE LOVE LOVE Vanilla Pure Protein Shakes. They are my go-to breakfast. They taste amazing, give me the protein I need, and keep me going until lunch. They are also a great substitute for coffee creamer for those on Keto, low sugar diets, etc. Based on the product alone I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. This review is based solely on my experience with my order. I’m also posting here for 2 reasons: 1. To warn everyone to check the dates on their cartons as soon as they arrive 2. Amazon makes it impossible to figure out how to contact the seller directly! I could initiate a refund but that doesn’t put me in contact with a real human. I also can’t get my refund without actually mailing the product back. That’s an issue because I can’t return what I already drank nor do I want to go to the post office during a pandemic to return that rest that’s spoiled and just going in the trash anyway (hello, Delta Variant and Delta Plus-- I’m staying my butt home!). I’m hoping someone from Amazon sees this review and reaches out to me. Here’s what happened: Per my photo, you can see I bought 2 12-pack cases of Vanilla Pure Protein on 6/6/21 and they arrived 6/7 packaged perfectly (so the return window is 30 days/Jul 7th as pictured). I drank the first couple of shakes and didn’t notice anything weird. By the 3rd or 4th shake (I drink them almost every morning for breakfast), I noted little congealed chunks going into my mouth when I got to the bottom of the carton. I assumed I didn’t shake it up enough before opening and that was caused by the product settling or something. The next day I made sure to shake it up really well. Still chunks. I wondered if they could have gone a little weird in shipping because of the extreme heat (I’m in the desert, it’s been 110+). But since they didn’t taste spoiled I thought maybe the heat just affected the texture a little and it was fine. Each morning, chunks. And they kept getting worse--bigger, more frequent--not just at the bottom of the carton but in the first sip. Yes, I’m the dim one for not looking at the date immediately. That should have been my first thought. I don’t know WHAT I was thinking or why I didn’t think to do that. It’s a mystery and it’s a regret I will have for the rest of my life, LOL. I think it’s because they tasted ok despite being curdled. In my mind, if something like this (dairy-like) is actually spoiled it tastes sour. Lesson learned! Anyway, I got nine shakes into the first case until I thought to check the expy date on the carton. NINE CURDLED SHAKES. The entire case (and the second one I bought on the same day but hadn’t opened yet) expired on APRIL 29 2021! They arrived 6/7 and I was drinking them until 6/26! OMG. So now not only do I not have breakfasts to drink, I wasted $40, and I’m kinda traumatized. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to drink a fresh shake again without thinking of the chunks and feeling grossed out and sick. I think this experience may have permanently ruined my favorite protein shake for me which sucks because I finally found *the perfect* breakfast. I need to pause my scheduled auto-delivery of Pure Protein for a while (or maybe forever). As I mentioned, I would really like to speak with a real human so I can get my $ back for these 2 cartons without having to mail in a return. Sending a spoiled case of shakes plus my remaining 3 loose shakes back in the mail is pointless (and dangerous with the pandemic. I’m immunocompromised, in an area where many aren’t vaccinated, and don’t want to stand in line at the post office for something that already completely pissed me off and grossed me out). So folks, check the expy date as soon as your shakes arrive! (and def before you drink them!). Pure Protein people-- How do I contact you? Can you reach out to me please? Thanks!

This is a great tasting RTD Protein shake that is handy on it's own, to use in proffee, Protein puddings etc. I buy these on sale and they work out best economically for the taste. I'm in Australia and we don't have a great RTD market yet
