I have finally found my favorite energy drink with electrolytes - the Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy Sparkling Hydration Drink. As someone who often experiences migraines triggered by sugar-free products, I am thrilled to say that this drink does not lead to any migraine episodes for me. The BEST. I have ordered this 2x now and it is going on a monthly subscription. I actually FEEL the energy without the jitters (and i drink MUGS of espresso, giant redbulls, bang, C4, etc) the flavor is delicious and not artificial or fake chemical. The biggest surprise was how this drink, 1 per day, has helped my digestive system and my tummy is visibly flatter. I have changed nothing else in my diet except adding this drink. The amino acids really make a difference and so for me, it is worth the price!

I’ve been drinking Amino Energy for about four years now and use it before every workout. As a mom with young kids, I’m often very tired, and honestly, I can’t imagine getting through my workouts without it. I train about three times a week, so over the years I’ve had it countless times. I’ve tried almost all the flavors, and they are all delicious and very enjoyable to drink. The new coconut flavor is especially good—one of my favorites so far. It gives me a real boost of energy and helps me power through my workouts, even after long, exhausting nights with my babies. This product has truly become a must-have part of my fitness routine.

As a repeat buyer (sixth time ordering), I’ve come to really appreciate this sparkling hydration drink as a convenient morning pick-me-up. Each can delivers 100mg of caffeine, 5g of amino acids, and electrolytes, giving a nice lift without the jitters. The variety pack offers crisp, fruity flavors that are delicious and refreshing. It’s sugar-free (just 5 calories) and isn’t overly sweet. I always drink it ice-cold; if it warms up, it can taste a bit off. The price is a plus.

I feel like it lasts longer than a regular energy drink probably due to the amino acids included. It tastes really great. It works to get me going in the mornings. It has a crisp tart and sweet flavor that ages me smack my lips. It's more sour than the lemon blueberry flavor which I also like. Very tasty with a kick.

I really like these, and drink them during my workouts. Love the grape flavor in particular. This doesn't give you the jitters, like some energy drinks.

Love this energy drink!

I have been addicted to Yunker Sparkling with coq10 energy drink for quite some time. I love the flavor and it truly is what I consider the best. But it is quite expensive and it has 80 calories for a 6.4 ounce can. I have purchased the following in an attempt to find a suitable replacement with fewer calories and perhaps be nicer for my pocketbook. Yunker wins hands down. I will continue to buy this even at the exorbitant price and loaded calorie count. . It’s just so perfect. However this Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy Drink + Electrolytes for Hydration - Sugar Free, Amino Acids etc. is a very close second and I don’t feel at all bad drinking several of them a day with only 5 calories a can. I like the flavor. I’ve already purchased it 5 times from Amazon and will continue to do so. Here are my feelings about the other drinks I have purchased: Optimum nutrition amino energy drink, Peach Bellini — actually pretty delicious and I could be inclined to switch totally. My only one problem is it’s a bit too sweet but otherwise delicious and much less expensive. Equo life sparkling energy drink, mango peach AND guarana champagne — actually pretty delicious and I could be inclined to switch totally. It is pretty equal to the Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy Drink. My only one problem is the taste is not as good (to me) as Yunker but otherwise delicious and much less expensive. It is not too sweet. Artisn prebiotic tonic, variety pack AND Zevia Ginger Beer AND Remedy Ginger Beer — okay. I absolutely have to add about 3 nice sized squirts of liquid stevia to be able to say I enjoy it. I will probably not buy any of these three again. I have been buying Sparkling Ice Drinks for a long time and will not stop. They are delicious and the price is right (about $1.00 per bottle). No calories but none of the benefits of the above drinks. But I don’t like drinking plain water and this allows me to drink 64 ounces of liquid a day, added to my many cups of unsweetened tea.
