Protect yourself and the NHS
As instructed by a top rheumatologist, I take this every day. Horrible, huge, chalky lumps. I don't like it, but you gotta protect yourself where you can. It's your duty not to make your problems the NHS's problems where possible.

Great value, largish tablet.
Was looking for a zinc, magnesium and vit D all in one and here it is! Great value for the whole year. Helps with my sleep regulation taken an hour before bed. Slightly large tablet. No after taste. Only minus is it does t include B6. £1 coin for photo reference.

TOO BIG!
Easy to swallow??? No! They're huge!! Very difficult. I've ordered a pill cutter but will still probably struggle. Won't get again next year :-(
