Fun and Easy Paper Airplanes for All Ages!
The Klutz Book of Paper Airplanes is such a fun kit! The instructions are clear and easy to follow, even for kids, and the book includes a great variety of designs from simple to more advanced. The included paper is colorful, sturdy, and perfectly sized for folding—no cutting or measuring needed. My child loved testing out all the different airplanes, and it turned into a great activity for the whole family. This is a fantastic mix of learning and fun, and I’d definitely recommend it as a gift or rainy-day activity.

A Perfect Blend of Creativity, Learning, and Fun!
The Klutz Book of Paper Airplanes is a fantastic activity kit that delivers exactly what it promises — hours of creative, screen-free entertainment for kids and adults alike. I purchased this for my child, and we’ve both had a blast testing out different designs together. The instructions are crystal clear and easy to follow, even for beginners. Each fold is explained step-by-step, with visuals that make the process stress-free and enjoyable. The book includes 40 sheets of colorful, high-quality, flight-ready paper that really brings each design to life. What I especially love is how this kit subtly teaches kids about basic physics and aerodynamics while keeping them engaged through hands-on activity. It encourages patience, problem-solving, and fine motor skills — all while having fun. This is a great gift for curious minds, classrooms, or just a rainy-day project. Highly recommend for kids aged 8 and up, and even adults who want to join in the fun!

Fun for all ages!
This paper airplane book is fantastic! It has clear, step-by-step instructions and lots of cool designs, from simple gliders to impressive stunt planes. The diagrams are easy to follow, even for kids, and we’ve had a blast testing which planes fly the farthest. It’s a great way to spend time together as a family, and honestly, the adults are just as hooked as the kids. We’ve already gone through a whole stack of paper. Highly recommend for rainy days, parties, or just unplugging for a while!

Great activity book to get kids off the screen
Fun activity book for boys. My son loved it, and he’s learning to make different paper planes. We also like the diversity of colorful papers.

Excellent!
An excellent product! Clear instructions in a spiral-bound book, well illustrated, and endlessly reusable - while the package comes with some patterned papers, any 8 1/2 x 11" sheet of paper can be used once those are exhausted. I couldn't resist trying one myself when the book arrived, and I was amazed at how well my first attempt flew!

A definite hit!
This book is well made, has paper airplane patterns that are so fun and some that are really unique, and all the designed papers make for really awesome looking paper airplanes! A hit at our house! Perfect for gifts too.

Entertainment for Hours
Bought this as a Christmas present for my son last year. My son has used this book countless times, he loves making the different airplanes and making modifications to them and making flying competitions. He ran out of the colorful papers the book came with recently, and asked me if we could get some more (he’ll get some more as a Christmas present, along with a different book about making paper airplanes).

Hunting through Amazon for suitable presents for my 10 yr old daughter and 8 yr old son, I encountered Klutz for the first time. I was struck by how positive the reviews were - in fact nobody seemed to have a bad word to write about their products. I was a little suspicious at first. Were Klutz employees writing these reviews driven the reward of extra large chocolate buns in the Klutz canteen or even large bonuses?! Amazon reviews can be a bit like Trip Advisor with some people feeling the power of the keyboard and awarding one star just to spoil a product's record! I decided to put some of their products to the test and bought 6 Klutz books for my children. The Klutz book of Paper Airplanes gives detailed instructions for 10 designs. Each design is graded 1-5 stars depending on how difficult it is to construct. You get 40 sheets of coloured paper at the back of the book to make the planes with. You could, when this runs out use other appropriately sized paper. The instructions are really clear and well written. Interspersed with these are information on the theory and mechanics of flying the planes and trouble shooting tips. Many of these planes can be flown inside or outside. However, Sheffield in winter does not offer many suitable venues. My children developed this game where they would take it in turns to bend over and challenge the other one to hit his or her bottom from the other side of the living room. We have also taken 2 to church and, when most of the congregation has left, launched them from the balcony. One narrowly missed a still lit candle and today one flew nearly to the front of the church. My wife is deeply embarrassed but the minister does say it is the best church in the world and we haven't got into trouble yet!! As a Dad, I have loved this book. It is great fun, beautifully laid out and all the designs work. My son likes it too. It is the sort of book you want to keep and hopefully my son will revisit in the coming years as he gets older.

I bought this for my son for Christmas and took a quick look before wrapping it. It comes with some really cool paper, and the book is super easy for kids to understand. Overall, it’s a great gift. Also good that it keeps kids away from screen.
