The smell alone of this powder smells like a mixture between vomit, and the worst foot odor you have ever smelled. And the taste is just as bad. Do not buy! You cannot return this!

I have many pre-workouts that I have used in my workouts over the years. I personally try to cycle off caffeine packed pre-workouts throughout the year. My first impression of this pre-workout upon opening it was that it is a chalky and fine material which made it very easily soluble in 12 ounces of water and shaker cup. The taste is fine, nothing fantastic but palatable, on par with just about most others but there is a slight chalky aftertaste. It is advertised as a "vascularity" pre-workout which is why its slightly confusing to me why there is no citrulline (malate or L) in this product. I used it without for about 7 days and then I chose to add my own L-citrulline to it, 6 mg per dose. This made a difference, but I also added beta alanine and L Arginine a few weeks in. I didn't notice insane pumps. I saw a lot of reviews of heavy sweating during workout, I sweat heavy naturally so I can't speak to that either. I gave this product a full shot and used it exclusively for a month and my honest review of it is that there are a few better options out there (for me) but it's not a bad product and there was more pump and added stamina during workout then without any pre at all.

I love insane labz products. I stack this with psychotic test and have never had a better combo. the pump is literally permanent, for ex I did arms a couple of days ago and and still have the pump. People say oh its a propierty blend they arn't a 100% blah blah. They obviously havnt had the combo I use. Love it. The only thing I recommend is do remember to take the 2 week break every 8 weeks.

This stuff seriously works. What I’ve noticed is it helps me warm up faster, improves endurance, and gives you an intense pump on higher rep isolation movements. I highly recommend trying this as a full serving mixed with half of a serving of the gold stim based preworkout made by this same lab. You’ll have an amazing workout every time!

Great pre-workout 👍 makes for an excellent gym experience. Only one problem and it's not with the product - last two times I ordered Gold but received the regular "red cap" product.
